This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

Our 2013 Coachmen Catalina can easily accommodate your large family or group! The bunk room has beds for 5 children (3-4 adults). There is a queen bed in the master with a 3 inch oeko-tex certified pillow-top mattress pad and mattress cover. The U-shaped dinette converts to a bed and the jack knife sofa also folds out into a bed. 

This Airbnb on wheels has a propane stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, bathtub, and a solid door on the bunk room as well as the master. Music can be played inside or outside using the AM/FM radio in the living area. There is an outdoor kitchenette with a mini fridge and sink. This trailer is equipped with a power awning, power super slide, roof mounted A/C, and a propane furnace for chilly nights. 

We often have extra toiletries, including bug spray and sunscreen in the bathroom cabinet.

We can provide linens for an additional $75 fee.

Generator can be provided for additional fees. Please contact us to discuss.

We currently have two Keystone Hideout 262bh campers available.  This listing is for our brand new 2022 (purchased 4/15/23) but we also have a 2021 with the exact same floor plan.  Our favorite thing about this camper is that it has a separate bedroom with a lock.  It is so nice to have a little private mom and dad time away from the kiddos.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed.  There are two full size bunk beds which easily fit two adults each and the table and couch will fold into beds that are only large enough for kids.  There is a tv/dvd in both the main area and in the bedroom. The camper is well maintained and we make sure to wash and sanitize all the bedding including pillows and blankets after every use.  I am a bit of a germaphobe so making sure everything is thoroughly cleaned is very important to me.  Our goal is to make everything as easy as possible for our renters.  We include a case of bottled water, drip coffee, plastic plates and silverware, toilet paper, towels and washrags, pans for cooking, and shampoo and conditioner.  If you have a request for something additional, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.  We've included 4 camp chairs and some various outdoor toys and games to borrow while you're camping.  We even throw in 2 split bundles of wood.  All you'll really need to bring are yourselves, clothes, and some camping food.

Cha Cha's Place is a brand new 2023 Bunkhouse!!! She's all ready for you to hit the road and create some memories! We are avid campers ourselves and have thought of everything to make this an enjoyable experience! The master has an upgraded memory foam queen mattress and is closed off to the rest of the camper. The living room offers a versa chaise lounge and a booth dinette so you can sleep a lot of people. It also has a bunk room that is closed off so the kids can be kids and not disturb everyone else. Also, the bunk room has a couch that turns into a bed and two twins as well. Lots of storage and has a small outdoor kitchen. We added an outdoor rug and 2 rocking chairs to go perfectly under the 14 foot awning! We hope you love it as much as we do! :)
