You’ll have all the basics for cooking and grilling, plus some extras like folding chairs, an outdoor rug, and fire roasting sticks for hanging out by the campfire. We also offer delivery and setup up to 50 miles from where we are. It’s set up so you can just relax, have a great time, and make some awesome memories!

This 9 passenger GMC Savanna is perfect for a party, tailgate, camping or a road trip.  With 6 captains chairs that swivel and a rear bench seat that folds flat.  This van has many different options for seating arrangements.  The TV with roku is a great way to pass the time while traveling down the road.  Also, Hdmi ports for additional gaming systems. ie (Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox and more).  Sorry, you must supply the gaming systems.

The camper sleeps 5 comfortably, has a private bedroom with a brand new memory foam queen bed, and the dinette and couch fold down into beds also! There is a full bathroom, microwave, fridge, freezer, AC, Bluetooth radio, and two 20-inch TVs. One with a DVD player in the main area, and an antenna for the TV in the bedroom! 
This camper is great for a small family or a couple! We also do allow dogs and can provide a tie-up for your doggo if needed! Heartland Pioneer is a brand new 2022 travel trailer. It's 29ft and can sleep up to 8 people with a queen size bedroom, full size bunk bed, dinette conversion, and pullout sofa.
The Pioneer features tons of storage space inside and out. Outside storage on the front, and in the rear passenger side, along with a drop down rack on the back. Inside cabinets all throughout the camper including closet space in the bedroom. 
A full kitchen with gas stove and oven for all your cooking needs. Electric air conditioning, electric or gas water heater, refrigerator, and heat. Sit outside in comfort using the built-in awning and listen to music inside or outside or both with bluetooth-ready stereo system. 
For your enjoyment, we include yard dice, giant Jenga, and playing cards so everyone has something to do during any sitting time. 
This travel trailer is light enough to pull with a half-ton pickup for shorter distances three-quarter ton for those longer hauls.

Front master bedroom w/king-size bed with door and adjacent roomy bathroom. Kitchen/dining room & living room has a slide-out on each side making the room 12 feet wide for more comfort and space. The dinette converts into a full-size bed as well as the sofa. In the rear is a 3rd slide-out in the bunkroom with 3 twin bunks and single dinette that also converts to a bed if needed (4 twins). Outside there is an outside kitchen with a mini fridge, sink and cook-top. Also, there is an outside hose to rinse off feet and such. 

Some camp chairs and 2 camp tables will be included. Blankets, pillows, and linen will be provided for master bed. Pans and kitchen utensils are included

-Please clean up any spills or crumbs immediately to avoid attracting pests.
-if it is windy or there is heavy rain, the power awning must be retracted.

Plan your getaway in our new 2025 NoBo 20.3 travel trailer!  In addition to a fully equipped interior, the camper features an outdoor shower, outdoor griddle with exterior propane hookups, 200 watt solar panels for boondocking, and some very cool aesthetics.  This camper comfortably sleeps 5 people or if you have small children, you can sleep up to 7 people (2 people per bunk). The kitchen features a good amount of storage, a 3 burner stove top, a really nice sized fridge and freezer and an enormous sink with cup/glass washer.  

The sliding dinette has a quick fold down table for extra sleeping space and is spacious enough to fit several adults.  The barstools are a great place for breakfast and coffee, and the comfortable couch quickly becomes a murphy bed for sleeping at night.  

This camper also comes with a Central Vacuum System????  What???  Yes, we were surprised too!  You this makes for easy cleaning and it has enough hose to reach all parts of the camper.  

There are two 20lb propane tanks for cooking and heat.  The water heater can also be switched to electric heat when plugged in.  The camper is 4 seasons ready and is equipped with tank heaters for all of the water tanks.

We will allow towing for approved trips and vehicles, but we would much prefer delivery and setup for your site.
