Our camper is a brand new 2023 Forest River travel trailer, and is perfect for a small family. This camper is the definition of “simple, but everything you need” with a convertible couch and queen-sized murphy bed, double full-size bunks, kitchen, microwave, outdoor shower and kitchen, and ventilation and heater.

Our RV is perfect for your family’s road trip!

Our rental includes everything you need including 2 camping chairs, cookware, utensils, an outdoor camping mat, and an air fryer/oven. You will just need to bring food, linens, and bath towels.

We have a beautiful new Jayco Jay Flight RV that is fully loaded and ready for you to enjoy on your next adventure. This camper sleeps up to 5 and has everything you need to make your camping a great experience whether just the two of you getting away or taking your entire family on vacation. The camper is light enough to be towed by a half ton truck or mid-size SUV. It comes equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, dining supplies, and family games to make your time more enjoyable. Message us if you need to use a delivery/setup service or if you need certain items to pull the camper such as an equalizer hitch.
Please reach out to us for any extras that you might need to accommodate your next trip whether it be something as simple as some camping chairs, extra games for your kids, camp fire utensils, and we can also provide a generator if you are going to a location that does not have power available.

We have all the items needed to make your camping experience more enjoyable including: dinnerware, cookware, towels, linens, blankets, family games, and little extras to help make the experience better.

Also available for extra is a generator, camp chairs, campfire setup, and other possible items just ask if you do not see it listed here.

Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee and there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the camper. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own. We can help with any issues or questions that arise. Just ask.

This 30-foot RV is designed to make your travels effortless and enjoyable, featuring a self-leveling system that stabilizes the vehicle at the touch of a button, ensuring a hassle-free setup at any campsite.

The Tioga 31M is ideally suited for couples or couples with small children. It will accommodate up to four, offering a full-size queen bed, an overhead single bed, and the dinette breaks down to a bed. The dinette area is a large slide-out that significantly increases the living space. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 32" smart TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon, and YouTubeTV, complemented by a Wi-Fi hotspot to keep you connected on the go. For relaxation, enjoy the dual recliners featuring cup holders and USB ports.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, stove, propane camping stove, refrigerator, and sink. There are miscellaneous spices and cooking staples in the camper you are welcome to use, but will probably be a bit different every time the camper goes out. This is our first class C motorhome. I have to say how shocked I was at how easy it is to drive. You do have to pay extra attention in corners, but it is very similar to driving a large truck or van. Driving is made easier with modern conveniences such as a 9-inch display featuring Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, multiple USB ports, and two backup cameras to assist with parking and navigation.

We do allow pets, but please be respectful of our home. If your dog is territory marker, rambunctious, or likes to chew things, please bring a kennel for when you are not able to watch them.

Make sure to look at the insurance options. I recommend getting a  package that includes Roadside Assistance.  It has good tires on the RV, but you just never know what can happen.  A nail on the road can ruin your day in an RV.  You will have a chance to inspect the RV when you pick it up.  I will do my best to help when you are on the road, but I recommend getting the Roadside Assistance in case you have any issues.

Rent our cozy toy hauler and have a get away out in nature. The capabilities are endless with a toy hauler from opening the back to a deck for seating or loading up toys and grills. On hot days, the A/C is cold and is ducted into individual vents for the front bedroom and the rear, the heater works very good also. Plenty of cold storage space in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen is equipped with a real gas oven that works very well. It has a large bathroom that doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic when you’re using it. The beds are comfortable for people of all sizes and the bed in the front bedroom is an oversized pillow top. Under the bed in the bedroom is a box full of games for you to use and a stand alone fan if you need it.

This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana or otherwise) inside the camper.

This trailer comes equipped with a weight distribution/ sway bar hitch to help towing with a lighter duty vehicle like a half ton pick up. With lighter duty trucks, we will also include strap on tow mirrors to use at your discretion.

We provide cleaning supplies a broom, mop, dish soap and sponges to clean dishes, counter space, floor and bathroom. It is our hope that you have an enjoyable stay but it is also our goal to receive our Toy-hauler back in the shape it was delivered to or picked by the renter.

Please bring your own towels and blankets. We provide some pillows and fitted sheets.

Everything you need to get away for the weekend or plan a family trip. This camper comes with plenty of storage and natural light. Table does come with a leaf and couch does fold down to double as a extra place to sleep.

Camper has basic amenities such as dishes , disposable utensils, paper towels, towels inside. Main bedroom has sheets and a blanket with additional blankets for the other bedroom if needed. Outside we have a outdoor rug, bug zapper and corn hole.

Fridge is a residential fridge and not ran off propane. Has to have electricity to work. Plan according.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the trailer. Sorry, no pets. 

We love staying at Bloomington East campground on Clinton lake.  There is lots for the kids to do there including playgrounds, Bloomington Beach, hiking trails, picnic shelters and more. 

We also love camping at the spillway at Pomona Lake. Almost every spot is shady. A playground is centrally located in the middle of the campground, hiking trails surround the park on one side and there is fishing at the spillway on the other. A great spot for when the weather gets hot in the summer.
