The spacious living area provides room for kids to play on a rainy day or a place to relax and watch TV or listen to your favorite music. The TV also easily removes and can be mounted on the exterior of the camper right next to the outdoor kitchen so you can always entertain! Linens, Towels, kitchen utensils, pots pans and plates are included. A mobile dump station with hoses will also be provided so you don't have to worry about the tanks overfilling! Don't forget your lawn chairs so you can enjoy relaxing outside under the awning to give you some shade and LED lighting for evening unwinding!

This 38ft Forest River Travel Trailer is all you need for a vacation away from home! It has a full bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds with a couch in the bunk room that can be another bed if needed. One bunk bed has a wooden rail up to keep any smaller children from rolling off.  It gives your kids the extra space to play and have a blast. The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge with a grill attached to the camper. The canopy will keep you shaded as you are grilling out with family. You will appreciate all of the storage throughout the camper from under the kitchen table, under the bed, large closet in the bedroom, 4 large cabinets in bunk room.

Welcome to our 28 foot completely remodeled 2019 Dutchmen camper.  Where everything (and we do mean everything-is modernly updated) everything from the memory foam queen size master bed to the fully stocked kitchen, cooking appliances, dishes, flatware, and even a Keurig with an assortment of coffees and teas.  A flat screen smart TV with a variety of movies-just incase you experience a rainy day. We provide linens and towels. There is plenty of sleeping space. With 5 beds you can more than comfortably sleep a family of five in our camper. See pictures for sleeping deets. :) 

Outside you will have access to a variety of our families camping favorites! We supply a small grill, 2 large full size hanging hammocks, corn hole boards, smores and hot dog roasters, a large outdoor rug, folding chairs, and even an outside movie projector for the best family movie nights!

I have a nice 2019 coachmen Catalina, it has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a futon in the living room, 2 twin bunk beds in the back bedroom and a fold out bed on bottom that is king size. Will sleep 8+. Slide out in living room and bunkroom.
