ALL bedding is fully laundered and surfaces thoroughly sanitized between each use, so no more worrying where that top cover has been like in a hotel room!

And best of all? We set it all up for you. Instant relaxation!  Just pull up a chair and enjoy. We prefer to haul the camper ourselves, just let us know where you are booked! 

Some areas we deliver to: Jellico, TN, Corbin, KY, Lexington, KY, Monticello, KY, London, KY, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN and all sorts of areas in between!

We love the Sevierville, TN area, as it is most fitted for family fun. However some other great options are Levi Jackson State Park, Holly Bay, The Grove, and Laurel Lake Camping Resort. Many of these are close to hiking trails, water parks, great playgrounds, etc.

Brand new only been camped in by us a few times since new. Sleeps 8 people tows real nice. Also have a distribution hitch for anyone to use if needed. Solar panel, Electric awning, nice indoor and outdoor speakers, sound bar, 50” tv huge hidden pantry behind tv with fireplace. 2 Nice full size bunk beds. Built in vacuum that’s located near the stove and attachments are located under master bed Also has outdoor kitchen with stove and mini fridge and one super slide out . Message me with any questions you may have. 

Will come with 4-5 camping chairs 2 which are rocking camping chairs. Can provide cut wood to go with if wanted. If anything let me know and I will see what I can do to help provide what you may need or want. 

Pets are ok (we have a German rottie) please if possible don’t let them on beds or chairs as their nails may damage the leather. 

Please clean after use and if any issues let me know. Thank you all for renting! 

Always keep check on how full tanks are. I usually keep everything shut until the meter says they are over half way full then I’ll dump until empty then reclose back. Meter to see how full tanks are by the back door in front of bunk beds. And as always please ensure to clean camper like it was your own when using and when returning as me and my wife and kids also use this camper when we get the Extra time.

This camper has 1 slide out and features a queen size bed in the master bedroom, with 2 nice size closets. The bathroom is spacious, stocked with towels and washcloths as well as most of your toiletries and has a large stand-up shower and plenty of storage. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. The family area has a couch and 2 recliners a Roku TV and a stereo system with speakers inside and out.
We are located in Somerset, Ky the capitol of Lake Cumberland. This lake has 1,255 miles of shoreline that's more than mainland Florida!

Welcome to the Tennessee Treasure!!! This Keystone Sprinter 5th Wheel has been to the west coast and back and still chose to call Tennessee home. This is a home away from home on wheels. All the luxuries of the great indoors, while getting to enjoy the best of the great outdoors! The Great Smoky Mountains are calling and this camper is your ticket to go!

We have a king bed in the primary bedroom, loft style queen bed, full size fold out couch in the living room and a twin size bed in the "kids room." Both the living room and additional bedroom have a smart tv so you can relax and enjoy streaming your favorite shows. The living room tv can also be moved outdoors so you can enjoy watching television outside! The camper has a dining table, 2 recliners and couch all in the living area with a fireplace and smart TV.  Full kitchen with everything you could need, and lots of space for activities!
