Our heartland pioneer rear living camper comes fully equipped for your next camping adventure.  Queen size bed, U-shaped convertible bed, and jackknife sofa make three comfortable beds for sleeping.  Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, nice size refrigerator and sink.  TV/DVD for entertainment in the evenings and two recliners to kick back and watch a movie.  Plenty of storage and all you need for cooking.  Full size shower as well with vanity and toilet.

All bed linens furnished.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat!  Kerig, pots, pans, and all utensils cooking and eating.    Large Outdoor mat, 2 chairs.  Small handheld vacuum.

This unit is by delivery only.  No pets and absolutely no smoking.  Please take care of the camper as if it were your own.

This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also making sure gas tanks are full, tires are inflated to correct pressure.  Cleaning and washing all linens.

This Class A is well equipped and Includes backup and side cameras, auto leveling jacks, 2 AC units, microwave, toaster oven, large fridge, king bed, bunks, dinette and a sofa that turn into full size beds, smart TV in living room, additional outdoor and master bedroom TVs, outside awning and outside fridge with a sink for outdoor time, optional folding table, iron grill with built in propane tank and folding chairs upon request! 

The interior space allows a family of 5 like ours feel comfortable, yet the length of 30feet does not stop of from visiting the most exciting places such as Grand Canyon or Yellowstone. Driving the RV on a highway or narrow roads is not as scary as anyone would thing. Just watch out for short bridges under 12.5 feet tall:)

Kitchen has oversized fridge, storage, microwave, and Oven! The private bathroom, located in the hall is equipped with a large glass standup shower. Master bedroom has separate door leading to a spacious room with a versatile king bed! Lay it flat when time to rest, or upright when relaxing at the end of the day! RV has oversized windows throughout-giving the desired light and openess, or blackout shades for privacy!

Looking for a fun traveling experience with family or friends? This camper is perfect for groups of 1-4 looking to get away from home or travel around the area. The camper offers many amenities to make for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, small pots and sauce pans, cups and more! It includes a sink and cutting board, gas stove, oven, microwave and a full size fridge / freezer. 

The living room offers a leather couch that pulls out into a queen bed. It also has a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and sound bar with radio and Bluetooth capability. There is also storage in the living room as well as a dining table that is stored away under the main bed. The A/C and heater controls are also located in the living room!

The walk through bathroom offers full privacy with doors on both sides. It contains a single vanity, spacious walk in shower and toilet. 

The bedroom offers a camper-king size bed as well as cabinets and drawers for clothing storage. The bed contains a memory foam pillow topper for extra comfort. 

On the exterior, we have electric jacks and stabilizers, 2 outdoor speakers, an electric retractable awning and accent lighting. There are also outlets and low pressure gas hookups that feed from the camper’s propane supply for hooking up a grill! 

Some other features and specs include 30amp breaker, electric / gas combo water heater. *Note: electric fireplace and the water heater on electric mode cannot run simultaneously. Set the water heater to gas and you’re good to go!* there is also pass through storage, and on the roof, a 600w solar panel, and antenna for internet.

Cajun Palms RV Park in Henderson, LA offers a water park with slides, an arcade, go-kart racing, fishing ponds and more. 

Chicot State Park in Ville Platte, LA offers a relaxing getaway in nature. You can find great fishing and hiking trails, as well as a great camping spot away from the hustle of cities.

This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This fee also goes towards providing proper toiletries and refilling propane tanks to ensure an enjoyable experience.
