We have pets, we love pets, however many renters do not... so pardon us please if we keep this RV pet free and smoke free. Thanks for understanding. 

Luxury airport transport is available. Owner is a 41 year Airline Employee with lots of great "free" advice and travel tips. 

No smoking please. (Bill Clinton didn't inhale?!!! Really? ). Please no pets.       "Important"...The RV has a small bed and sleeps 2. The listing reads "sleeps 6". If I list the RV as "sleeps 2", the listing system will block my RV from being rented. The RV is primarily a Day Cruiser (Party Van") but does in fact sleep 2. Photographs in my listing will be helpful . Very important......Most families stream movies etc on their personal device and connect their device to the RV blue tooth for amazing sound!  unlike a home system the WiFi  is moving down the road at 70 mph and only as good as the local reception. A DVD is available but the RV system is good but not perfect. I wanted to be clear on these items. Thanks

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed and loft has 3 small mattresses - perfect spot for the littles. All beds come made with fresh linens. Additionally, there is a reclining sofa and convertible table top bed. Could be ideal for more than one family to sleep comfortably depending on how many family members you have! 

Kitchen features all appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/cook top, and comes stocked with essential items like plates, bowls, cups, pots/pans, and cutlery. There is also a single serve coffee pot that takes Keurig pods. Lots of cabinets and counter space to store all of your belongings during your stay. 

Both bathrooms include all of your necessary linens such as clean towels, rags and toilet paper. Primary features large walk in shower ensuring comfort. 

Camper has two entryways providing easy access and privacy for multiple guests. 2 AC units to keep you cool on those hot summer days as well as heating & a fireplace to keep you warm during the winter!

All beds will be made with fresh linens prior to your stay. There will be a supply of toilet paper and bathroom linens in both baths. There is a propane griddle in outside storage compartment as well as an outdoor mat.

* Camper is dog-friendly & there is no pet deposit. However, we will charge a deep cleaning fee if we find excess dog hair, pet urine, etc.
* SMOKING & VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE CAMPER! Additional fee will be added if the smell of smoke is found, & you will forfeit your deposit.
* Do not flush anything other than the provided RV toilet paper. You will be responsible for damages if the lines get clogged.

-Renter is responsible for tickets, tows, impounds, and tire damage
