Our heartland pioneer rear living camper comes fully equipped for your next camping adventure.  Queen size bed, U-shaped convertible bed, and jackknife sofa make three comfortable beds for sleeping.  Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, nice size refrigerator and sink.  TV/DVD for entertainment in the evenings and two recliners to kick back and watch a movie.  Plenty of storage and all you need for cooking.  Full size shower as well with vanity and toilet.

All bed linens furnished.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat!  Kerig, pots, pans, and all utensils cooking and eating.    Large Outdoor mat, 2 chairs.  Small handheld vacuum.

This unit is by delivery only.  No pets and absolutely no smoking.  Please take care of the camper as if it were your own.

Enjoy sitting outside under the lighted power sliding awning. Expect plenty of storage for camping gear in the large pass through storage area underneath. Take this camper just about anywhere.  It's the right size for camping in major campgrounds or getting into harder parking places.  At night, you are greeted with led lights that clearly distinguish your camper from others.  The bathroom has its own exit door allowing guests to easily access without walking through your family space.  There is a queen bed up front, double bunk beds in the back and another conversion double with the dining area.

As a 2018, it has updated electronics, including an entertainment center with two sound zones (1 inside and 1 outside), a CD/DVD player and other audio, kitchen includes a double sink, three burner stove and oven, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a generous stand-up shower. There is a good amount of storage throughout the inside, including generous space in the "master" area. The outside has a retractable awning with lighting and speakers, an outdoor shower for washing off the mud from the day's fun, and additional storage.

This camper is used but clean.  We want you to enjoy your time and have a great vacation, whether it is for just a couple nights or for a long stay.

Please understand that campers have maintenance issues frequently. We will share any issues at time of booking.   We do our best to fix major issues when they arise.

• Don’t forget to bring and extra bath and bedding that you want.  We provide sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and a few blankets.

We're happy to go over the camper with you at pickup. We can deliver within a limited range for a fee and can setup for a fee. We hope we've covered the basics, but please reach out with additional questions

Special notes:
- we love pets and ARE pet friendly, however there is a fee associated. Please be aware that if the trailer is booked and animals brought, the fee will need to be added on.
- we like when you empty the grey and black water, however you can choose to have us take care of it if you want. Please be aware that if you do not select it during the rental process and return the camper without emptying, the fee will need to be added on.

Due to the rising cost in gas we had to increase delivery rates.
2021 Salem 29vbud-Queen sleep-number mattress, with individual settings on each side, in main bedroom. bunk room has two upper fold-down beds and queen fold out lower bunk.  Both dining area and lounge turn into beds.  Storage under lounge, and seats, main bed and in bunk area.  Kureg coffee maker, dishes, and extra linens provided.  Great outdoor griddle and fridge.

Those going to Sabine ATV, 
I do not deliver except to sites A-D and exclude B-1. Also charge for sewer, since disposal is in area I and is difficult to access when muddy. Excessive cleaning fee if camper returned requiring more than normal cleaning including outside of camper and/or awning will be added.
Smoking and/or pets will result in forfeit of deposit.
If sewage is unable to be unloaded at campground an additional sewage disposal fee will be added upon return.

This Class A is well equipped and Includes backup and side cameras, auto leveling jacks, 2 AC units, microwave, toaster oven, large fridge, king bed, bunks, dinette and a sofa that turn into full size beds, smart TV in living room, additional outdoor and master bedroom TVs, outside awning and outside fridge with a sink for outdoor time, optional folding table, iron grill with built in propane tank and folding chairs upon request! 

The interior space allows a family of 5 like ours feel comfortable, yet the length of 30feet does not stop of from visiting the most exciting places such as Grand Canyon or Yellowstone. Driving the RV on a highway or narrow roads is not as scary as anyone would thing. Just watch out for short bridges under 12.5 feet tall:)

All you need are your clothes and food when you choose our very low mileage, 2 slide out RV that looks and feels brand new. Automatic self leveling once you get to your campsite. Fully Stocked with Pots/Pans/Cooking Utensils, Linens/Blankets, Towels, Shower Gel/Shampoo/Conditioner, Paper Plates/Plastic Utensils and even Coffee provided. Very spacious and sleeps 6. Couch and Dining Table fold out into beds. Queen size bed in the master. 2 Televisions with dvd players and movies. Shower is roomy, (I'm 6'3" and it's no problem for me.) Generator onboard if needed and it powers everything including the 2 roof ACs. She's ready for a weekend camping getaway, or a week long trek. Tons of storage both inside and out. A BBQ pit and large outdoor rug for use under the electric awning also included. Fire Extinguishers and Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors onboard. Delivery and Setup available at your site. Internet is available for a $50 flat fee up to 7 days.
