Master bedroom has a brand new mattress, under-bed storage, dual closets, and USB outlets.

Fashionable open floorplan and living area has U-Dinette Sleeper, leather couch, and fireplace. Indoor kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove with 3 burners and oven. Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils and small coffee pot. Smart TV with bluetooth enabled indoor and/or outdoor zoned speakers. 

Large awning for shade with LED lighting, 4 outdoor camping chairs, outdoor kitchen and mini fridge. 

You will need to bring toiletries, coffee filters, linens for U-Dinette sleeper and fold out bed. 

Owner will drop off/pick up at renter's location in MD/VA/DE peninsula for a fee. See rates and notes for site requirements and details of what is included. If you are "dry camping" you must use our provided generator for safety and insurance purposes. Rental for the generator is $50/night. 

The camper comes equipped with linens ( fitted sheet and top sheet for bunk beds and queen only). Pillows, dishes and propane.  

Site must be for 36 ft  with 1 slide on driver's side.

New, clean, fully-equipped travel trailer that sleeps 10! Simply book this RV and it will be delivered, set up, and ready for you to enjoy! 

Features:
The RV has two bunk beds, a pull-out sofa, a convertible dinette that converts into a bed, and a master bedroom with a queen bed. It is equipped with one large slide-out, a full-size bathroom with shower and mini-tub, and a separate exterior door for the master bedroom. The cozy, spacious interior has a fireplace, a large sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, pantry, and two TVs- one in the master bedroom and one in the living area. There is plenty of storage for your belongings with several closets in the master bedroom and under the kitchen seating area. It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a mini refrigerator, ambient LED lighting, interior/exterior speakers with bluetooth connectivity, and a large awning that extends and retracts with the push of a button. 

State parks are a wonderful place to adventure, but resort campgrounds are fun also! There are many camping options available near the Delaware and Maryland beaches and the Eastern shores of Maryland and Virginia!

What’s included:
RV comes fully-stocked for your convenience. Items include cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, cups, mugs, plates, blender, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot. Dish towels, dish cloths, dish soap, and one roll of paper towels are included. The RV comes with the beds made with sheets, comforters, and pillows. Towels, washcloths, and camper-safe toilet paper are provided. One fold-out outdoor table and six fold-out lawn chairs are included, along with an outdoor rug, smores sticks, and basic cleaning supplies. 

Additional Options:
Adult bicycles: $20/day/bike
Kayaks (paddle and life preserver included): 25/day/kayak
Cornhole boards and bags: $25 per rental
Firewood: $6/bundle

-Leave the RV in the condition you found it
-Place used towels and linens in bin
-Place used dishes and silverware in sink
-Put away chairs and table prior to end of stay

This RV is available for delivery/pickup only. Upon rental, we will deliver, set up and pickup the RV to the below listed nearby campgrounds on the Delmarva Peninsula! All utility connections (water/septic/electric) are included (if site is equipped). If you are interested in another campground, feel free to ask. We can deliver just about anywhere you'd like within a reasonable distance from Salisbury, Maryland. If you have an event and need some additional sleeping space, contact us!

Delaware beaches!!!  Brand new RV and want to share the experience...Enjoy the RV experience for a large family or friends looking to explore the Delaware beaches.  15 minutes to Lewes or Rehoboth beaches from our location.

Has everything to cook inside or outside (outdoor kitchen) including toaster, skillet, coffee maker and dishes.  Smart TV to connect to netflix or other apps. and an entertainment system with blue LED lights.  1 bedroom with doors, 2 bunk beds, sofa seat folds down and eating area breaks down into a bed.   The slide-out helps with some room for cooking or games (have a few in drawers).  Outdoor chairs and games that we use, is included.  The only thing you will need is linens or sleeping bags and pillows.  We don't supply the bedding.  

We have done trips with 4 grandchildren and 4 adult comfortably.  Also, trips with 4 grown children and 2 adults.  Have an extra foam bed that can be rolled out and used at night if needed.

(Please be mindful of persons per site limits some campgrounds have!) Full kitchen inside, and outside kitchenette.  Two air conditioning units and heat, and a full bath. Great for use year round!  Delivery and set up available for Delmarva Peninsula only.  2 day booking rule applies to Friday and Saturday bookings only!  Single day rentals available on other days.

Fresh linens, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, s’mores sticks, and folding camping chairs. RV septic Toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Utility connections provided for septic (if site available), water, and electric.

A few things to note. Please treat it like you would your home. We ask no smoking in the camper at anytime.  Please reach out to discuss any individual unique situations or ask questions!  We ask that if you are bringing a pet to enjoy your adventure with you, please select an insurance package that covers interior damage.

2022 Travel Trailer that is great for weekend getaways. Outdoor kitchen is great for the summer time. You can BBQ and relax under the awning. Bunk house can sleep three kids easily and be a hang out spot for the young ones as well.

This fee covers deep cleaning, maintenance checks, and free use of full propane tanks.  Includes waste tank dumping if your site does not have sewer hookups, and a full tank of fresh water if needed
