Our Shamrock is absolutely perfect for a large family or even 2 families to enjoy! Modern-era fixtures, furniture, flooring, appliances and hook-ups. The 3 heated queen beds that fold down from the main outside frame are all spacious enough for 2 adults and leave the main area inside open for all the guests to enjoy. Each bed comes with its' own portable fan that mounts overhead for comfortable sleeping, and there are receptacles near each to charge your phones. Storage is the theme throughout, with cabinets for everyone, maximizing the space so you don't have to live out of suitcases.  The Shamrock is fully insulated, with heat and A/C ducted throughout, as well as a built-in overhead fan for a comfortable retreat in any weather. The slide-out contains the dining table with seating for 4, opening up the main area and allowing room to spread out. The TV/DVD/Stereo (Wi-Fi ready) is perfect to provide entertainment on unexpected rainy days. This adventure machine is ready to go to all sorts of family vacations! From the lake to the woods this is the one you and your kids and family will enjoy. 

Great motorhome for those long family vacations! Has plenty of room for your kids or just to make it comfortable. Don't let the year fool you on the upgrades this motorhome has. All controls can be done via your phone. Not familiar with a camper that is ok, this is an easy camper that you can take to the state campground or to the high end campgrounds and it will fit in. It has touch panels that has videos on how to use items. Automatic leveling jacks and two slide outs. It has 3 tv's . Outdoor speakers, and storage in the rear. It is a gas motorhome so you won't have to worry about smelling diesel.

There is a generator that you can run to make sure your trip to Arizona, your AC will be on the whole way and keep you cool. It runs off the gasoline that the motorhome runs off from so no extras to worry about. Outside tv under awning. This motor home is in excellent conditions. Everything works and is ready for the renters. My wife and I are RV experts and we only rent it out if it in perfect working order.

What is included is the motorhome. 

Make a list - 
We have optional linens, silverware, dishes and items such as gas grill, 4 Fold away chairs bike racks etc. You will have all the hoses, cables, and filters for full hook up. There will also be a caddy for moving waste if you would like to use that.

This motorhome is large, turning it does take a little skill to learn how the swing around is. It is not real high, so you have to watch curbs etc. There is a backup camera. We will be asking renters to sign a supplemental lease to protect both parties on damages. There is a GPS tracker on this motorhome, and it should not exceed 75MPH. We will also not allow it at ANY CONCERTS, RACES, Tailgates or Festivals. Mandatory 45 minute walk through and function orientation, no exceptions.. The Cleaning fee is for the outside and small items on the inside. If the camper is full of sand, dirt, food and other items a fee will be assessed. A vacuum is included in the camper. Please use that to make sure you do not incur additional fees for cleaning.
