Hello camping friends!

This beautiful, brand new, 2022 Grand Design Granscend Xplor is the perfect set up for a family or a couple who enjoys a lot of extra space! The unit sleeps 8 comfortably, but can sleep up to 10! Slumber in the private room with a queen bed, or in the bunk room, with room for 4! Sleep a few extra on the dinette, or fold out the plush leather couch for a little extra sleeping space. This is a large, super quiet, air conditioned unit with vents throughout .

The inside is equipped with one full bathroom (with shower) & one half bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic needs - pots and pans, cutting board and cooking knives, basic spices, kitchen utensils, and a microwave.

Enjoy spending time under the awning while enjoying outdoor speakers for your listening pleasure. Outdoor rug, outdoor table, kids sand toys, may be included upon request. Indoor speakers and system as well. Outdoor stovetop & mini fridge, also a bonus! Please bring your own bedding.

We provide delivery and set up in most tip of the mitt counties including Charlevoix, Antrim, Emmet, Otsego, Cheboygan, Grand Traverse and Kalkaska. All deliveries within Otsego County are free.  Additional deliver fee will apply for anything more than 60 miles. I am happy to answer any additional question!

Whether you are looking to tow-on-your-own or have it delivered, our home away from home is ready to go! Our camper comes fully stocked with linens and towels. We even have a first aid kit, sunscreen, and bug spray ready for your stay.  Camp chairs, outdoor mat, and outside 6 foot table included. Pet friendly since you can't leave a family member behind! There is a queen in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the back. The couch and dinette also convert into beds. We will supply bedding for the master and bunks but please bring your own if you plan to use the couch or dinette. Our smart tv can be moved outside for outdoor movie nights! Outdoor stove top and mini fridge for dining al fresco. Outdoor shower for easy rinse off after the beach! 

We try to keep our pricing as simple as possible - no cleaning fee, no pet fee, no set-up fee.  Our nightly fee is $159 and our delivery fee is $6 per mile. Delivery is charged one way and includes set up, tear down, and filling and emptying of tanks if at a campground. If you are boondocking where there is water but not a dumping station, the $50 dump fee will apply. 

Our camper comes fully stocked with linens and towels. We even have a first aid kit, sunscreen, and bug spray ready for your stay. Camp chairs, outdoor mat, and outside 6 ft table included. The kitchen has pots, pans, bowls, cooking utensils, and marshmallow sticks. There are also two campfire pie makers. We keep the rig stocked with paper plates, bowls, plastic utensils, paper towels, and TP. Just bring your clothes and food! Please bring bedding for the couch or dinette if you plan to convert to beds.

- No smoking in the rig, if smoking is suspected, a $250 fee will be charged
- If you choose to tow on your own, the grey and black water tanks must be emptied upon return. If the tanks are not emptied, a $50 fee will be taken from the deposit. 
-The renter is responsible for any interior damage beyond the $500 security deposit. Outdoorsy also offers an interior damage protection policy. 
-If Boondocking on property that is not a campground, a fee will be charged for us to dump at the nearest station. Fee to be determined based on distance to and fee charged at the station.

We are within 50 miles of South Higgins, Traverse City, Young State (Boyne City) or Petoskey. Fun in any direction! Have us deliver and set up so you can relax or pick it up on the way to your favorite site! Delivery is $6 per mile.

Sleeps 4-6 (queen bed in front bedroom, pullout sofa in living room and collapsible dinette table). Full bathroom with corner shower (sliding doors), sink and toilet - located between kitchen/living room and bedroom. Private entrance to the bedroom and then second entry door at rear in living room. Pass-thru storage at front of camper and bed lifts up for easy access. 

Indoor: All camping necessities (and luxuries) you can think of + more are included with each rental. Bedding (please bring extra bedding for sofa and dinette if you plan to utilize these for extra sleeping) kitchen utensils, plates, cups. TV in living room. Bathroom includes towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. 

Outdoor: Seating for 6 +, campfire fire irons, fire starters, mosquito control, outdoor rug, etc.

- Camper has 1 slide out, so please make sure this is accounted for when booking your campsite. You’ll also need to ensure campsite can accommodate a travel trailer up to 30’ (to include hitch length). 
- Please no smoking inside our camper…if suspected or evidence is found, a $250 fee will be charged.
- Black and grey tanks must be emptied upon return (if you do not utilize delivery). A $50 fee will be charged otherwise.
- Renters will be responsible for all damages beyond the $500 security deposit. 

We are located only 2.5 miles from South Higgins Lake State Park and 12 miles from North Higgins Lake State Park!

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at our discretion if we feel that the rental would not be safe (e.g. a renter shows up intoxicated, inclement weather at our location or your destination, etc.)
