The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the living area is comfy, and the bathroom is well equipped . Our Wildwood even has dual air conditioning for both the main living area as well as the forward master bedroom, keeping everyone comfortable in any weather.

2023 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite

We're Lighthouse-Chasers. We started visiting them as vacation trips in 2018. Michigan claims 129 of 'em and we've seen most of the accessible ones. We started out renting RVs because our two Maltese don't board well. In 2022 we bought our own 30 ft Trail Runner. Great for our family trips but we are only using it a few time a year. Renting it out ourselves seems to be the way to go so far.

This Trail Runner 272rbs is a Heartland 27 foot single slide camper. Gas heat, AC, 11 foot slide, full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Separate front bedroom, huge rear bathroom with full size shower. A full length lighted retractable awning with exterior sound and a cable port. Walk around the bedroom with a short queen bed ( 60" W X 72" L), windows for light and a door for privacy. Extra elbow room in the bath for families. Seating (Jackknife couch which measures 42" W X 64" L when laying flat)  across from the entertainment wall with a sound system, cable & USB ports and a Smart TV. You can get it all with the Winnebago Micro Minnie 2100BH. A single slide, a rear bathroom, bunk beds and a sofa bed are just a few of the features that you'll love inside this travel trailer.

As you enter the trailer there is a queen bed directly to the front with plenty of overhead storage for your belongings.

In the galley there is a sofa to enjoy during the daytime, and when it's time to sleep you can pull it out into a bed. On the opposite side of the trailer you can prepare your favorite meals using the three burner cook top, plus clean up easily at the kitchen sink. You will also find a refrigerator for your perishables.

Located in the rear is the bunk room featuring two 28”x72” beds and exterior Pack-N-Play for easy access, plus the bottom bunk folds up for extra storage space on the go.

The bathroom is next to the bunk beds. Inside you will find a shower, toilet, wardrobe, sink, and medicine cabinet, plus more!

Whats included in the camper rental:
Outdoor rug, pots & pans, plates & silverware, cups, coffee maker, toaster, and cleaning supplies.  What we DO NOT provide is pillows/linens, and blankets.  You will be required to supply these yourself.

This add-on covers the time and labor required to set up the unit, tear it down at the end of your stay, and service the waste water tanks.

This unit is not pet friendly. If you prefer a unit that does allow for pets, please check our other unit listed under 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 8 264BH #53 SL.

This unit is festival and tailgate friendly for a total deposit of $1000. Please contact us so that we can provide you with a quote that reflects that.

This unit features a semi-private bedroom up front with a queen bed and two semi-private double bunks in the rear.

The interior features a modern design with full amenities, including a 3-burner range, residential style kitchen sink and countertop, premium multimedia sound system with connectivity, and more.

The exterior features a power awning with lights, an exterior tv mount, propane quick connect, an outdoor shower, additional storage, and more.

For indoor use, we provide cookware, pans, pots, plates, flatware, and cups. We also provide cleaning supplies including dish soap, scrubbers, and a dish rack for cleaning and drying.

For an additional $10 per night, well will include bedding, linens, pillows, and towels. Please select the Premium Amenities add-on to your booking request.

Prior to your booking, this unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and checked for functionality.

Great family camper.  Excellent condition and very clean.  Spacious well-equipped RV with plenty of sleeping room.  Both bunkbeds are full size beds not small twins.  All camping necessities including camp chairs, roasting sticks and exterior mounted gas grill that connects to the trailer's LP gas system.  Easy to operate with electric push button jack, awning and slide out.   Dry weight for towing is only 5400 lbs.  

Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom including all bed linens, pillows and towels.  There are also camper chairs and roasting sticks in the trunks.  Waste-water drain tank and porta-crib also available upon request.
