This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also, the the unit will come with a full fresh water tank, full tank of propane gas and a full tank of fuel.

She’s a tad older but has plenty of space for a large family or lots of friends.

She has an ice box instead of a refrigerator and a hand pump for water. Plenty of storage and space for people.

2018 Forest River Salem cruise lite! This a 26 foot camper that sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 kids. Very comfortable with everything you need. his is a comfortable camper that you are sure to enjoy!  We have everything you need and more! Microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, miscellaneous utensils, set of 4 dishes, silverware and steak knives ,dish soap dish cloth and towels. Bed linens queen RV set, large twin set, 2 bunks sheets with blankets. RV toilet paper, 4 wash cloths and towels. Outdoor chairs 4,outdoor propane griddle, camping mat, outdoor table, firepit utensils. Outdoor lights Just a side note, we had a guest who noted there was a bad smell when they were renting. We had a plugged exhaust vent which we cleared and the smell disappeared. We take great pride in making sure our camper is very clean and free from unpleasant odors.

Basically all you need to do is show up at your campground. We will deliver and set it up and then pick it back up. There is a charge for this service but we will work with you on that.

The Arctic Wolf is great for a wolf pack...or two! This camper sleeps 10 and boasts two bedrooms, which means the kids or a second family can have their own space to relax and store their gear. The indoor and outdoor kitchens, microwave, oven, and large refrigerator give you plenty of cooking options for nights when you don't feel like cooking over open flames and a full set of cookware, dishes, and other kitchen items are included. The Wolf boasts a DVD and game collection, along with two Smart TVs, to make those rainy days or cold nights inside bearable. You might even wish for rain so you can enjoy the fireplace while you sip drinks on the couch. Some linens are also included - all you need to bring are clothes and food!

Reservation deposits are taken upon booking a rental.  The customer has 15 days to cancel after booking the reservation.  After this the reservation deposit will not be returned unless the unit is re-rented.  In the event that the unit is re-rented a $35 deducted for processing and the rest returned.  This policy is in place to ensure staff and customer have the best experience and we are committed to keeping prices low by not purchasing more units than needed.


The 28BBS Cabin Cruiser features a front master bedroom, central living area, and redouble bunks.  The super deluxe slide-out expands to provide a 42" dinette booth as well as a jack knife sofa and is convienently located across from the kitchen.  This unit has a front and rear door - one opening into the living area and the second providing access through the bathroom.
