TVs are included in both bedrooms and the living room. I have a family of 5 and we fit very comfortably. We have 2 boys and a baby girl that loves the outdoors. This is our home away from home and we love seeing other families getting to enjoy spending that much-needed time together. This camp allows you and your family to camp but also have a nice space to relax.

Come stay in our brand-new 2024 Mallard M32. Tons of space for everyone - it sleeps up to 10 people.  With the huge awning, 6 camp chairs, outdoor kitchen with griddle, this is sure to be the perfect rig for any outing. 12V fridge means you don't need hookups to keep the beer/soda cold! 

The rig comes with everything you need to enjoy your trip. All linens, towels, soap, shampoo, pots and pans, dishes... it's all ready to go. We even suppy a toaster and a Kuerig coffee maker (and  a variety of coffee and cocoa pods). You can either hook this up to the connection at your campsite, or utilize our available generator for those "off the grid" trips. We also have Starlink Super-fast internet available for your trip, which gives you blazing-fast speeds and unlimited usage no matter where you go! We even have two (2) smart TVs (brand new) so you can access all your favorite shows and apps while you are out.

It tows really easily at just over 6800lbs, and most modern pickups can tow this with ease. Not comfortable? We will be happy to come set it all up for you so you can just show up and relax.

Linens (400 thread count) are included, as well as pillows, blankets, throw blankets, towels and washcloths, 6 camping chairs, 2 outdoor mats, 4 sleeping bags, extra blankets and sheets, dishes, pots and pans, toaster and Kuerig coffee maker with pods included. 

Pets welcome. Please put in the awning when windy or when you are not present at the trailer. Evidence of smoking will cause the entire deposit to be retained. Please don't smoke in or around the rig as it is almost impossible to get the smell out. 

This is the perfect rig for tailgating or the county fair. This brand new rig will be the place everyone wants to go!

Prep the trailer with full water tanks, empty gray and black water tanks, fill both propane cylinders, fully charge battery, clean and sanitize all surfaces and linens/towels/bedding.

This 28-foot Forest River Lexington 265DS is perfect for a couples get away. It handles well in traffic and is easy to drive and park. The rear-view camera shows the traffic while driving and comes in handy while backing.  The dinette set has been replaced with very comfortable power theater seats. The comfy queen size mattress is brand new with a new mattress protector.  Please keep in mind that there is only one bed, queen size, so this motorhome is most comfortable with one to two people.  There is an onboard generator, but it will only run for a few hours before shutting down.  It will restart after it has cooled down but if you need 24hr power you will need a 30amp plug in. This is found at almost all RV parks.  

We supply bedding, towels, knives, forks and spoons as well as disposable dishes and bowls. There is a shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser in the shower.  A single serve K cup coffee maker along with 2 coffee mugs are in the kitchen for you coffee drinkers.  Sewer and freshwater hoses are included.

Please keep in mind that there is only one bed, queen size, in the motorhome.

Also, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee like most other renters.

Linens will be washed after return and should all be left on king bed upon return of rental. Towels, washcloths, dish cloths used should all be left in laundry hamper in master closet upon return of rental. 

Trash must be emptied prior to return.
