This 22 foot camper offers plenty of open space For the ultimate relaxation. There are 3 beds, one queen and 2 bunks. This is also equipped with one bathroom including a shower. There is also an outdoor shower available.  Pets welcome for an additional fee of $50.  

The specification on the trailer says it sleeps 7 but it’s sleeps 5 more comfortably. 

The kitchen is equip with a stove, oven, refrigerator sink and microwave. There is a Bluetooth radio that has indoor and outdoor speakers. 

This unit is also equip an air conditioning unit and has a privacy curtain from the bunks so multiple people can sleep comfortably in each room. It is all power and has an awning. There is plenty room for storage in the outdoor bays as well.

Fresh linens, towels, wash cloths will be provided. There is also a small kitchen set with plates, cups, utensils, bowls, silverware included. There is also 2 full propane tanks.

I do allow pets. I have 3 fur babies of my own who enjoy camping but I ask you respect the space as your own. Please don’t allow your pets to jump all over the place on the furniture. Nails can puncture the fabric very easily. 

I do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the camper including but not limited to cigarettes and marijuana. 

You will need a 2 5/16” ball to accommodate the camper hitch but this camper can be delivered and picked up upon request. 

Also in this listing it’s stating that this camper is 7585 lbs. that is incorrect. It is 4341lbs. It won’t let me correct it on the actual listing

Enjoy the outdoors with cooking on a fire, a nice evening sitting by the campfire making smores or just spending time with your family outdoors.

Stocked with many of the outdoor camping essentials which includes linen, utensils, plates, cups, cookware, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, crockpot, coffee pot, charcoal bbq pit, toaster, electric skillet, cooler, games, dvds, lawn chairs, and more.

Camper is set up to accommodate up to six people. Sleeps two comfortably in each bunk bed and queen bed. Parents will enjoy the private bedroom with a queen bed. When not outdoors, enjoy the U-shaped dinette for meals or games.  You can enjoy a movie relaxing on the the leather loveseat. You will like the double door entrances with one directly to the bathroom.

We will have the beds made including pillows and blankets.

You will need to bring your food, condiments, drinks, towels, paper products for meals, flashlights, basic personal items and charcoal for outdoor grilling.

We have everything you need to make your trip fun and stress-free! We have a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor shower, a manual awning, TV, a tankless water heater, and  bluetooth speakers.  We offer multiple options for sleeping arrangements for your family, friends and pets that include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area that sleeps four, a pull out sofa and the kitchen dinette turns into a sleeping area.  

You'll need a large truck (3/4 ton) to haul our camper.  No worries if you don't have the required equipment. We offer delivery right to your campsite! If you have any questions, just reach out to us.
