Please ensure your site fits a 41’ camper. We can supply a 50amp generator for a nightly fee (first tank of gas included in generator rental) along with a portable sewer tank for sites without full hookups (included in our one-time dump fee for stays without sewer).
This 41’ fifth wheel camper is your spacious home away from home and sleeps up to 6 people. There are two private rooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bunk room offers two twins. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room which converts to a queen-size bed. Linens are provided for all beds at no additional cost. There are two AC units, one in the main living area and the second in the master bedroom.

The kitchen offers a small gas oven with stovetop cooking and microwave, along with an island and 2 barstools and a wrap-around dining room table. The living room offers two reclining chairs, a couch and a large flat screen TV with a cozy electric fireplace.  
The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, a toaster, Keurig k-cup machine with stocked coffee bar, utensils, plates, cups, plasticware and paper towels. There is a large pantry to stock up on food along with a fridge/freezer combo.

The bathroom has a standing shower only, no bathtub. Bath towels and RV toilet paper are provided at no additional cost.

We are always happy to try to accommodate you as best as possible, including drop-off and pick-up times. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

In addition, this camper has two slides that are both located in the kitchen/living room area give you a wide-open space to host your guest and family members. The garage has its own external door access as well as the half-bath. The tail gate door can also be used as an outdoor patio for you and your guest. Too many bugs out? We have a roll down door to keep them out. Whether you are going to the mountains or the beach, this is the right camper for you.

A massive 42 foot trailer with plenty of room for the family or friends. I purchased the a toy hauler to store stuff in the back and also to open up and use it as an extension to the trailer. Nice place to have a coffee or a late night dinner party.
The outside entertainment with speakers, TV, burners to cook and a small fridge for drink or the food you are about to cook, all under a very large awning.
So much fun to be had with a great trailer. 


We will include fresh linens, pillows, extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen, toilet paper, 6 camping chairs, 1 outdoor rug, 1 outdoor gas grill, coffee maker, outdoor folding tables, broom. 
Can include two kayaks with life jackets, 2 stand up paddle boards and two bikes for additional fees. 

No smoking inside the camper. Clean camper after you are done. Don’t flush anything down the toilet except the toilet paper we provide.

We’ve spruced up this camper for our own family travels with freshly re-finished cabinets, new laminate wood flooring, and a custom cherry map table.  

On each side is a bed that pulls out - one a double and one a twin size.  The dinette folds down for additional sleep space.  It's the perfect size: light enough to be safely towed by many mid-size SUVs or even a minivan yet large enough to comfortably sleep 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2-3 children).  

What I love most about this camper is how comfortable it is, while still retaining the "feel" of tent camping by virtue of the soft sides and ability to unzip windows for a 360-degree view.  It's the perfect marriage of outdoor air with a soft landing.

Almost anything you might need for your adventure is included!  Everything from sheets, pillows, sleeping bags, a portable AC, an electric griddle top, basic cleaning supplies, dishes, cups, mugs, electric kettle, and french press, to twinkle lights, all ready to be put to use.   

Also available to rent for an additional fee are two inflatable stand-up paddle boards, two ultralight weight backpacking tents, a baby hiking carrier, and a sea kayak.  Ask us if there's something you need - especially if you're flying in from elsewhere!  We want to make your journey as easy and enjoyable as possible.

This camper does NOT yet have a roof-mounted AC unit.  We can provide a small portable AC which cools continuously for 8-10 hours.  

Boondocking is permitted at campgrounds that don’t have electric and water hook-ups and on a case-by-case basis otherwise. 

Our camper is non-smoking for the comfort of our renters and family with asthma.  Any smoking will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. 

If you’re gearing up for a road-trip, we’d be happy to provide past itineraries to help you plan!  Road-trips:

‘Adventure Is Out There’ is your home away from home. The camper layout leaves you with so much space and comfort. This brand new 5th wheel is a perfect level of comfort for your stay. This RV is complete with a full size refrigerator, island, fireplace and reclining sofa. There are 4 slide outs with this 5th wheel, giving a very spacious feel.  A King size mattress in the Master, queen size mattress and two twin beds gives ample sleeping spaces. There is also additional sleeping accommodation in the pull out sofa. 
We take pride in the upgrades in this RV along with the cleanliness. We strive to provide you with a perfect camping experience  to have precious memories that will last a lifetime. 
We do have a fully stocked kitchen. Dishes, pots and pans, cups, silverware and utensils all come with the rental. Linens upon request. We are a pet free RV, as well as smoke free.
