If campground you choose doesn’t have a fire pit we supply one for you with one bundle of wood, and all your smoores needs. Also one charcoal grill, charcoal and an electric grill on your outdoor table to really get things cooking! Camper sleeps four very comfortably. All water, sewer, electric  will all be hooked up when you arrive,so start camping before season is over. And when it’s time to go home we pack it all up for you.

•Rv has plenty storage underneath equipped with all the fun water toys you need. Tubing rafts, with pump, noodles, outdoor rug, beach umbrellas ,chairs, boogie boards and don’t forget the Grill, one electric and one charcoal. All cooking utensils outdoor and indoor included. One pop up gazebo.

No smoking inside rv please, and no cats allowed. One pop up gazebo included, no use of awning, outdoorsy recommendations due to they brake easily and is an expensive fix.

If you’re looking for a different sort of getaway without sacrificing comfort, then our cozy RV is perfect for you! 
We handle delivery, set-up and takedown so all you need to do is show up and relax. 

We've provided almost everything you need for your stay except your food. 
When you arrive, the power, water and sewer (if applicable) will be connected. Your outdoor mat, camp chairs, awning lights and roasting forks will be waiting. 
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Roku, DVD player and several movies for your inside time. The sound system also has speakers mounted outside the trailer so your music can follow you outside.
The wall with the TV and fireplace opens to reveal a large pantry area to keep your supplies organized and out of your way.
The upgraded, queen sized, Zinus Green Tea Cooling Memory Foam Mattress will provide a great night's sleep after a fun day at camp. Bath linens are provided as well as pillows and linens for the queen bed. (You'll need to bring your own linens if planning to use the additional sleeping spaces.)
When it's time to cook, you'll find all the comforts of home. We've even provided your morning coffee for either the drip coffee maker or french press.

When booking a campsite, be sure to choose a site that includes power and water. This RV runs on 50 amp power but can also operate on 30 amp if necessary.

Croft State Park has beautiful shaded sites with great facilities and a lake with canoe rentals, fishing and hiking. (We recommend sites #28 and #48)
Devil's Fork State Park at Lake Jocassee is also beautiful. We're surrounded by outstanding camping locations! Don't hesitate to ask us for more recommendations.

Wherever you reserve your site, be sure it will accomodate a 32' trailer and preferably has full hookups. (water, 30/50amp power and, if available, sewer hookup.)
