Welcome to our brand new 2022 Forest River Salem camper! Our camper has a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with its own separate entrance! Our camper features a private bedroom with a queen bed with it’s own closet and plenty of overhead and under bed storage! The camper features (2) bunk beds along with a fold out sofa, and a dinette conversion bed! The living and kitchen areas feature plenty of storage in the pantry, entry closet, and under the seats. The living area features a TV and sound bar that can blue tooth to your smart device and can project to the outdoor speakers with the push of a button! Plenty of LED lighting, USB outlets, and standard 110 outlets all over the camper. Cozy up next to the fireplace with some coffee or hot chocolate on those cool Summer/Fall nights! The outside of the camper features a beverage fridge and a griddle cooktop as well! 

We ask that you please provide your own linens and pillows. We DO NOT provide a hitch if you are towing yourself. We provide dishes and silverware for up to (8) guests. We offer a small pot and pan as well as a few baking sheets for cooking. Our camper has a mini Keurig coffee maker and a small assortment of coffee, hot chocolate, and mugs. We also have plenty of family friendly games to keep the kids entertained on long camping trips! We also offer outdoor camping chairs and a complimentary snacks with each stay! 

Delivery and pick up is also available within a certain distance upon request.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. 
No animals or pets. 
We also do not allow concerts, festivals, or sporting events.

We have enjoyed Findlay State Park and Maple Lakes campgrounds as a family!

This is our 21ft Jayco that we have made a ton of fun memories in. We love this camper because even with the table up you can fit a family of 4 in it (two kids in the bunks, two adults on the bed). We have upgraded the bed in the front so it's not just a normal camper mattress. 

This camper is easy to pull and small but still comes with all of the features that make trailer camping nice (shower, bathroom, ac)

• The camper comes with two towels, sheets for all of the beds, toilet paper and a kitchen setup. I also have a WDH for the camper that is included at no extra charge (2 5/16 inch ball - 2 inch receiver) 

Please no smoking inside the camper. 

Kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit.


One of our favorite places to go is east harbor. We are also very close to Mohican state park and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We have a ton of family in Maryland so we also tend to go out that way and have stayed at Codorus State Park in PA a couple of times.

On the outside of this great RV, it comes with a nice outside kitchen with fridge, sink., outside lighting, and cooking grill! no need to stay inside and cook wheb the weather is great when you can cook outside and the kids can set at the picnic table and watch!

This RV comes with all bedding, and cooking utensils!

There is absolute NO SMOKING in the RV! ALL of security deposit will not be returned if smoking has been done in the RV while rented!

 Renter may cancel his/her Rental Agreement in its entirety by giving written notice to Owner no later than 30 calendar days prior to Departure. If Owner receives such notice timely, Owner will make a full refund of Renter’s Reservation Deposit, less $50.00 cancellation fee or 20% of the Reservation Deposit, whichever is greater. Renter may cancel this Rental Agreement in its entirety by giving written notice to Vehicle Owner no later than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to Departure by forfeiting the Reservation Deposit. Renter’s cancellation less than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to Departure will result in forfeiture of the entire Reservation Deposit and Rental amount.
