  Alum Creek State Park is essentially in our back yard, which features 3,300 acre reservoir, great for swimming boating, hiking trails, horse back riding, disc golf,  and a 286 spot camp ground with electric hook up.  
  
  Deleware State Park is also located on the north end of Columbus, approximately 15 minutes from Alum Creek State Park.  It features a  1,300-acre reservoir where boaters will find all they need for a great day on the lake including a marina, boat launch ramps for both power and paddle craft.  Spend time in the woods hiking, birdwatching, or disc golfing. There is a large family campground with 200 electric sites surrounded by mature trees. Pets are permitted on all sites.

Hi! Our brand new 2021 Wildwood X-Lite is a very spacious, 27 foot interior length lightweight bunkhouse, that weighs in at only 6150 lbs. This means you can have enough space to comfortably sleep 10, yet it can be towed with your 1/2 Ton Pickup! 

Sleep:
The Bunkhouse is a separate room, with a real door and not a curtain. Good night kids! With 3 bunks and a couch that converts to a bed, USB ports for all their goodies, a Samsung Smart TV,  and a hanger closet, the kids have all the comforts of home. 

In the Living Room the dinette converts to a bed for 2, and the couch folds down as well to sleep another 2. Finally up front is the Master Bedroom with an Upgraded, and actually Comfortable, memory foam mattress. Believe me, after our first 2 night trip, the original cheap rv mattress had to go! 

Live:
In the Living Room, Wildwood's Versa Lounge is probably one of our favorite features. You can choose to have a U-dinette + couch. Or you can choose a L-dinette + couch + chaise lounge, perfect for relaxing as a family. All will have a great view of the 43" Samsung 4K Smart TV. Pick up the local channels,  and if your destination has Wi-Fi or if you have a Hotspot, sign into any app offered through the Samsung Smart TV platform to use any streaming service you have at home. Please note, you will have to use your own account for each streaming service.

The Bathroom features all the necessities.  Another one of our favorite features on the rig is a walk-in shower that has a "track curtain". This means that it stays in it's place, top and bottom, just like a sliding glass shower door. No creepy curtain attacking your legs! 

Eat:
The kitchen includes an oversized 11 CU. FT. refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and pantry. An outside kitchen with a mini fridge and flat top grill, not worthless burners. From pancakes and bacon to burgers, it handles breakfast lunch and dinner. 

We're sure that you will enjoy your time in our rig, now you just have to decide where to take it!

Make sure you don’t forget pillows and blankets! There is also no way to cook food in the camper, so plan on cooking over the fire, or bringing a small grill of some sort. We want to be your everything for camping. Going to a concert? Festival? Just on a camping trip and like having your own toilet and shower? Need a spare room or bathroom for family get togethers during holiday, or family reunions? We deliver to your venue and the out-of-town family has a place to stay. 
Please take a look at our notes about Pets and festivals at the end. 
We want your camping trip to focus on you having a great time and not worrying about set-ups, tear-downs, and the in-betweens. We deliver our camper to your site and set it up. We will do a walk-through (or video or pictures) and provide directions on the use of equipment. 
We clean before and after you rent.  We do charge a $150.00 standard cleaning fee that includes dumping the waste tank after rental. We will charge an additional cleaning fee if our camper is returned to us that would require more than basic cleaning.

WE ARE Willing TO Rent TO Areas More Than 3 Hours Away FOR Longer Periods OF Time (FOR Example: Florida, the rental would have to be for at least a week). WE Will Still Deliver AND Pick UP BUT Dates AND Times Would Have TO BE Negotiated DUE TO Travel AND OUR Work Schedules. WE Have Full Time Jobs.

Battery was brand new in 2022. Two propane tanks. Tanks will be full when we deliver. You will be responsible for filling them during your renting time if they go empty.  You can rent a third tank to take on your trip in the Add ons section. Appliances. Ice maker. Linens, a few chairs. Please ask if you don't see in in the listing or in Add-ons. 

Cautiously changing our minds, but We do NOT provide a generator yet.  But you may bring your own if you prefer.  We have had special considerations.
The camper is also solar power ready. Once again, we do not provide a solar power generator so you may bring your own if you have one of those.  Please contact us about generator usage. 

STRICT, STRICT, STRICT RULE: 
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS IN OUR CAMPER!
We will keep your deposit if we detect you smoked in our camper. This is our vacation home. I have bad allergies to cigarette smoke. Please don't smoke. I would suggest not smoking near the doorway or open windows, especially if the wind is taking it into the camper. 
We have other items for additional reasonable additional fees. Such as a picnic table, fire pit, portable grills (coal or propane), instant-pot, additional chairs, pillows, a 13x9 screened tent for outside (eating outside without bugs) that can cover a regular-sized picnic table, and more, easy up canopy. We will need to know in advance if you are requesting to rent these as we won't stock them unless ordered.
Our camper sleeps 9 people (10 if 2 ppl get on the couch folded out). A king and 2 bunk beds (double-size mattresses) with a sofa and table that converts into a bed. Please let us know if you are planning on using these as beds so we can make sure linens are available. If you know camping, you know space and weight, so we don't bring it if we don't need it.
The sofa folds out into a bed like a futon. Let us know if you need linens for it. The table converts into a bed as well. Again, let us know if you need linens for it. 
BONUS item: this camper has the USB ports already installed in the walls 
Once again, we want to think of everything you need for this experience so you can just show up, camp, and make memories with your family.

Please make sure you have reserved and confirmed your campsite.  Make sure it accommodates a 34-foot travel trailer. It is your choice to run full hookups or just one of the three; electric, water, or sewage. 

Please make sure of the campground check-in and check-out times. The walk-through when picking up our camper may take a while, so allow ample time to do that as well as us getting re-connected to the truck. We will not be responsible for late check-out fees. 
Pets are an additional fee of $20.00 per pet. We have no breed restrictions as long as where you are camping doesn't. We will charge extra cleaning fees for pets making a mess or damaging our camper. 
The camper has an automatic awning and outdoor shower.
Once again, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK. 

WE ARE ALSO VERY FLEXIBLE IN DELIVERY AND PICK-UP TIMES!
After 5 PM deliveries and pick-ups are more realistic M-F (during the week) since we both work. But we will make it work for everyone.

Mixer, toaster, or waffle maker ( We won't supply those due to space but will upon request). Griddle is located on the shelf in the outdoor kitchen.
We are still trying to figure out the TV/DVD player connection (the TV works with an antenna/not with DVD), but the radio works. 
We provide a trash can with liners, a recycle can, an under-the-kitchen sink trash can, and a bathroom trash can with liners. Laundry hamper.
Bathroom: towels and washcloths, hand soap, hand sanitizer. 
We provide a package of 4 rolls of RV-safe toilet paper. You will be responsible for purchasing more if you need more. Please make sure it is RV-approved.

PLEASE READ
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS! This is probably the Number one rule we will not negotiate on. 
We will keep your deposit if we detect this rule was violated. This could also potentially cause us to raise our deposit rates. 
PETS:we LOVE PETS.. but,
We will charge extra if pets damage, pee, pooh, or vomit in our camper.
It is hard to get those odors and stains out.
Please be mindful of this. 
We know what it is like to have to leave our fur babies behind. That is why we want to offer you the chance to bring them. But, if they don't travel well, you will need to take precautions and be responsible for damages.
ABOUT RENTING FOR FESTIVALS!
We don't want to overcharge the deposit because we know that money is upfront and good renters can't always afford it. We try to keep it reasonable. WE have had FIVE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FESTIVAL renters so far that respected our camper. We ask that to continue so we can keep the deposit fee down. PLEASE HELP US KEEP IT THIS WAY. If you rent our camper (especially for festivals), WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT TEAR OUR CAMPER UP So we can continue to rent to festivals and keep a reasonable deposit.  This is our vacation home as well and we rent it out just to help pay for it.
