The leveling jack are easy to use with the push of a button. 30 amp electric hookup. Water and sewer are very simple to set up. Our camper will sleep 5. Two in the queen bed, the dinette will accommodate one, and there are two bunks in the back. Modern kitchen and bathroom. They’re on the smaller side but are fully functional. It does have an electric awning and led outside lighting. Air conditioning as well as heat.

Delivery - I will deliver and pick up the unit for $50 if the destination is within 10 miles of Newark. If it’s outside the 10 mile radius it will be determined.

Things you must provide
Queen bed will have a fitted sheet, top sheet, and a bed covering. You must provide all other bedding.

Must empty tanks before drop off.
If you pick up the rv and drop it off with the tanks full, it will result in a $150 fee.
There is a $150 fee if the camper is not cleaned upon return.
There is a $100 fee if the keys are lost.

Must use provided RV toilet paper. Any regular toilet paper, baby wipes, paper towels, and feminine products are prohibited. They will clog the system and will result in a $200 fee.

2 night minimum.
7 pin connector for trailer lights.
Vehicle must have trailer brakes.

Treat the camper as if it were yours.

Absolutely no smoking! If smoking occurs in the camper, please know you not only forfeit your full deposit but you will no longer be allowed to rent from me. If you have pets great, but if they are anxious and chew on things please bring a kennel. Black and grey tank (portable blue tank if applicable) must be dumped before returning or a $50 fee will be applied. 

We've been to Jelly Stone (the kids loved it), Tree Heaven Campground, Lazy River Campground and Hocking Hills. We're always looking for new places. Dillon State Park is only 20min down the street.
