We make it simple just rent your lot at your favorite campground, bring your own food and family to enjoy your adventure. For a hassle free check out, we will pick up after your amazing Camping Adventure with J and S!!

This is an ATC Game Changer 2816.  This camper is very simple in design, which makes it great for those who have pets and children.  Easy to clean and durable surfaces.  

This toy hauler is located near multiple lakes in the Mwcd, such as Atwood Lake, Clendening Lake, Leesville Lake and Tappan Lake.  We are also located near Woods Tall Timber Resort.     

Sheets and a blanket for the happijac and private bedroom, silverware, utensils, minimal cookware
This toy hauler will be delivery only to any campsite within a 25 miles radius.     

Must be broom swept clean at pickup. (The broom will be in the camper.)

Partial propane tanks are provided. Refills during rental are at the renters expense.  

You will need to bring your own pillows, bath towels, and wash cloths. The MWCD lakes have invested money in their campgrounds and facilities.  We enjoy camping there ourselves.

Spacious and light is the advantage of this bunkhouse camper. It's only 5,700 lbs empty and any half-ton truck can tow this unit. It's got a triple bunk in the back, u-shaped dinette, and a convertible sofa to sleep the whole family. The dinette and sofa are in a slide out which allows a large living / entertaining space when expanded. The master bedroom has a solid wall for extra privacy and it includes a queen size mattress. Full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, sink and extra storage baskets installed. Kitchen has a Large refrigerator and freezer, 3 burner propane stove top, small oven, microwave and double bowl sink. There is lots of cabinet and drawer space for storage.

Master bed and triple bunks come with linens and blankets.

If we deliver we will set up the trailer for you and give a through walk around of the trailer and how everything works! If you plan on towing we will help you hook up and also walk you around the inside/outside of the trailer along with helping with any questions you have! We are available by phone-text 24/7 for anything you need! A (How to) binder of the trailer inside and out is also included for any references during your stay. 

With the trailer only having an unloaded vehicle weight of 3,160lbs it will easily tow behind most small SUVs and Trucks. (Please make sure to check your vehicles towing capacity for safe towing). We can include a tow hitch if needed. 2 5/16" Ball

This is a 43-foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2023 Keystone Avalanche 390DS with a beautiful modern interior. Luxury vinyl flooring, and plenty of bells and whistles.  The kitchen is equipped with an island with dual sink, oven, cook top and full-size residential refrigerator/freezer. Cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, toaster and coffee maker provided.
The camper sleeps 7 comfortably. Master bedroom boasts a king-size bed while the 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed.  The loft can accommodate 2 adults or 3 to 4 children. Bedding, sheets, blankets and pillows provided. Plenty of storage throughout the camper.
Relax in the living room on the loveseat recliner, with massage and heated seats, while viewing your favorite movies on the large TV or enjoying the tranquility offered by the electric fireplace.  
A/C to keep you cool on hot days and heat to warm you on the cold nights. 
This camper is for delivery only within 60-mile radius.  May consider a further distance but will result in a larger delivery fee. This camper has water, sewer, and electric (30/50 amp service) hookup.
