This is a Ultra light trailer. Can be pulled with a F150 pickup, Chevrolet 1500 pickup, a Dodge 1500 Pickup, a Suburban or Tahoe, a Ford Expedition, or a Escalade, as well as larger Pickups. Vehicle MUST have a trailer break controller in order to pull our trailer. No exceptions! Also delivery is available for a fee.  Dry weight is approximately 5600 lbs.

The van must be brought back clean. Due to size, this requires using a self-service car wash (we have one nearby) and following the instructions posted on the wall there to clean the exterior appropriately. Also, if needed, this will include removing and spraying the mats (they can be pressure washed).  For the interior, sprays are provided to wipe down surfaces. A small hand vac is provided to clear dirt from floors and other places.  Since having a cleaning service is cost-prohibitive and not always available as you would find using AirBnB, this is part of Outdoorsy’s policy.  Plan for 1 hour for normal clean time before return, and more if needed. Cleaning charges may apply (see Add-ons section in the listing) if not returned clean. 

No using the winch or going to places where a winch would be required to access.  No smoking inside or near the van where secondhand smoke is noticeable at all. Pets (must have approval in writing) welcome within reason.  Any evidence of smoking or pets (without approval) will likely result in forfeiting up to full deposit at owner discretion. 

This rig is ready for it all.   Camping, Hood to Coast and supported races, road trips, short and long trips, game day (with deposit), festivals (with deposit), extra sleep space for that Airbnb that won't quite hold everyone, you name it. 2020 Mercedes Sprinter

Simple, light, clean, and enjoyable. If you want to easily hit nature to disconnect and still have some comfortable amenities, this is your rig. 

At <1500lbs dry weight it can be towed by almost anything with a hitch and 2" ball. It pops up with little effort and in minutes. It's lightweight and easy to use but gives you the comfort and quiet you would find from a traditional hard wall camper. Camping in bear country has been safe and comfortable and all doors/hatches have locks for further comfort. Sleeps 3 but. fit our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (and large dog) very comfortably.

It has full power hookup if able to plug in, it will power unit and also re-charge the batteries. It also has a deep cycle battery that will power amenities (including heat at night). Ice cold fridge can run off plug in or we recommend propane when not plugged in. 15gal potable water tank and sink with powered pump. Heater with thermostat for comfortable sleep in any weather. 

It has been a treat to be able to pull up, pop up, and relax. We have had a canvas pop-up and a travel (hard wall) trailer... after enjoying the comforts of an A-frame, it is wholeheartedly our family's camping choice. This A-frame has a small footprint and big impact. From efficient and easy setup time to comfortable amenities and dry warm nights. We love it.
