Cozy RV rental sleeps 4 people. It has 1 queen bed in the front, a fold-down couch, and the dinette can be made into a bed to sleep 4 people total. This RV has full electric AC, heater, refrigerator and propane water heater and stove. So if you are dry camping please consider a generator if you are wanting to use the Heater/AC and keep the battery charged.
Easy to tow with a light-duty truck or large size SUV that includes a full weight distribution and anti-sway hook up - trailer brakes are highly recommended.
We want your vacation to be as enjoyable as possible. Kitchen items include pots and pans, dishes, utensils and drinkware, a k-pod coffee maker with coffee, and cooking utensils.  There is a hairdryer and some games available in the trailer.
Please be sure to empty the grey water and sewer tanks on return or we can empty the tanks for a $50 fee. Please also clean up after yourself and take care of the trailer so we can refund your security deposit.  
Reservation times are not firm and we are flexible on the weekends.

Items available in the trailer include, 4 Silverware Set -Forks, Spoons, Knives Foil/Zip Locks, small coffee mugs, can opener, 4 dinner plates, spatula, 4 drinking cups, microwave plastic covers (food cover), 4 bowls, cutting knife/paring knife, keurig coffee pot, large serving spoon, saucepan with lid strainer, mixing bowls, small box of matches/striker, 2 potholders, whisk measuring cups, small cutting board, cookie sheet/oven tray, potato peeler, and 2 ice cube trays in freezer.

Because of COVID-19, we are currently not supplying any pillows to better protect you and for everyone’s safety and, most people prefer their own pillow from home anyways. Please be sure to pack your pillows accordingly, you’ll be sad if you forget one.  We will ask you if you would like us to provide linens and towels, but most of all people have preferred to pack their own. We do have a standard washer and dryer and wash them on the highest heat setting according to CDC guidelines. We take your health very seriously.

There is NO smoking allowed in the trailer and there are NO pets allowed in the trailer. If we learn that pets or smoking has been inside the trailer, the renter may forfeit their deposit.  Additionally, we charge a one-hour cleaning fee.  If it takes longer than one hour to clean, you will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning so please be mindful of rental for the next person renting with the quick turnaround times that can happen.

A beautiful electric fireplace for those romantic evenings or cozy family time. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfortable new memory foam mattress. The master also has a nice sized closet that is a slide out. The couch folds out into a double sized bed in the main living area. Two very comfortable theater style recliners  that our grandchildren love to sleep in! Our 5th wheel is very nice and clean, and we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. ***This Unit is Delivery only*** I am a local Truck Driver in the area, and work full time Monday through Friday I am able to deliver and pick up the 5th wheel to and from your RV/Camp site on the weekend anytime, or after 3pm during the week. Betsy is an amazing brand new 2021 Ibex 19QTH with every bell and whistle. This cold weather toy hauler is as small as you can get while still having it all. Under 25ft and at under 5,000lbs it can be pulled by almost any SUV/Truck, dual axel and 7ft width make it a dream to tow. Even in this small package you still get a full size shop at 10’6” x 7’1” - 5’6” (wheel wells), allowing for all types of toys and multi use space.  This hauler has every option available to support an adventure anywhere at any time of the year.

We are a small adventurous family of three and got this trailer brand new to keep our camping going into the winters and to share it with others. Our desire to rent this trailer was an intention from the onset of research. It was selected and set up to support a great time by good people. We’ve had great experiences with home/vehicle/trailer rentals of the years, as well as some not so good. Our goal here is to make Betsy a part of many great experiences, performing just like a stocked high end Airbnb.

Our approach to pricing is to simply cover our overhead and not gouge anyone for profit. That is why we have offered the trailer at a base low daily rate  and offered add ons, plus extra services for additional costs. We find this to be a fair ‘you pay for what you use’ situation. So, if it only tales 1hr to have our housekeeps clean it, that’s all you pay for. 
Don’t sweat it though, the base situation comes fully stocked with towels, spices, a luxury queen mattress, etc. Everything that you would need short of food and clothing.

The beauty of this trailer is that it is home anywhere. Capable of being great in the sand and the snow, off grid or on pavement fully plugged in.
