This camper is for delivery and pick up only. No sand camping and no dry camping. 
If you use any of the provided linens please place used linens in the trash bag provided so I can properly clean them. If you are bringing a pet please make sure you check the pet fee and NO pets are allowed loose in the camper unless someone is present. 

Coos Bay / North Bend offers some of the best camping along the coastline. If you are wanting to explorer our beaches Bastendorff beach county park or Oceanside RV park are both great options with direct access to the beach.  We also have great camp grounds with direct access to the dunes like Boxcar Hill Campground, Horsefall campground and Spinreel campground.

We make sure utensils, dishes, dish soap, cleaning wipes, TP & paper towels are all stocked. All plug ins/ lights are working properly. Propane tanks are full & the trailer in clean top to bottom.

2021 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite

Cozy RV rental sleeps 4 people. It has 1 queen bed in the front, a fold-down couch, and the dinette can be made into a bed to sleep 4 people total. This RV has full electric AC, heater, refrigerator and propane water heater and stove. So if you are dry camping please consider a generator if you are wanting to use the Heater/AC and keep the battery charged.
Easy to tow with a light-duty truck or large size SUV that includes a full weight distribution and anti-sway hook up - trailer brakes are highly recommended.
We want your vacation to be as enjoyable as possible. Kitchen items include pots and pans, dishes, utensils and drinkware, a k-pod coffee maker with coffee, and cooking utensils.  There is a hairdryer and some games available in the trailer.
Please be sure to empty the grey water and sewer tanks on return or we can empty the tanks for a $50 fee. Please also clean up after yourself and take care of the trailer so we can refund your security deposit.  
Reservation times are not firm and we are flexible on the weekends.

Items available in the trailer include, 4 Silverware Set -Forks, Spoons, Knives Foil/Zip Locks, small coffee mugs, can opener, 4 dinner plates, spatula, 4 drinking cups, microwave plastic covers (food cover), 4 bowls, cutting knife/paring knife, keurig coffee pot, large serving spoon, saucepan with lid strainer, mixing bowls, small box of matches/striker, 2 potholders, whisk measuring cups, small cutting board, cookie sheet/oven tray, potato peeler, and 2 ice cube trays in freezer.

Because of COVID-19, we are currently not supplying any pillows to better protect you and for everyone’s safety and, most people prefer their own pillow from home anyways. Please be sure to pack your pillows accordingly, you’ll be sad if you forget one.  We will ask you if you would like us to provide linens and towels, but most of all people have preferred to pack their own. We do have a standard washer and dryer and wash them on the highest heat setting according to CDC guidelines. We take your health very seriously.

There is NO smoking allowed in the trailer and there are NO pets allowed in the trailer. If we learn that pets or smoking has been inside the trailer, the renter may forfeit their deposit.  Additionally, we charge a one-hour cleaning fee.  If it takes longer than one hour to clean, you will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning so please be mindful of rental for the next person renting with the quick turnaround times that can happen.

2021 Keystone RV Cougar

Our 2022 Jayco Jay Flight travel trailer, Baja Edition, will help make your Oregon Coast getaway perfect. 

The trailer has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress cover.  There is a privacy curtain, storage above the bed and on both sides.  The TV is in the bedroom area.

The bunk beds are roomy, both have privacy curtains.  The table turns into a bed.  Bedding and pillows are provided for the queen and bunk beds.  The trailer can sleep 7 - 8 people.

Full kitchen - including stove, oven, microwave, 7 cu ft refrigerator, and freezer.  Storage above and to the left of the table for your food and personal items.  The back outside compartment has a sink and mini fridge.

The bathroom has a roomy shower, toilet, sink, and enough room to dress.

The trailer has two batteries and has solar power.  The hitch and awning are electric.  The radio has inside and outside speakers.

All bedding (blankets included) is cleaned for each renter, and all surfaces are disinfected after every use.

- You have sufficient experience pulling a trailer.  We do offer delivery and pick-up up to 30 miles which includes full set up, take down, emptying of tanks, and filling propane tanks at $150 each way.  Over 30 miles is an additional $5 per mile.
- The vehicle you will be using to pull the trailer, confirming it approved to pull the trailer weight.  For convenience you can use our hitch.
- Your experience using a travel trailer or RV.
- Where you will be camping and who will be staying in the trailer.
- Pets that will be camping with you.  We are dog friendly, but we want to be aware of animals that will be in the trailer.

We work hard to be flexible with your schedule, will fully communicate with you, and answer any questions you may have as you are planning your Oregon Coast vacation.  If you need something specific, please let us know.  At pick-up the batteries will be fully charged and the fridge/freezer cold.

We have some fun board games, corn hole, badminton, volleyball for you and your family to enjoy as well. Our 5th wheel has lots of counter space, including a center island with a farmhouse sink and the faucet has a pull down sprayer. The bathroom has a nice sized shower with corner seat. A beautiful electric fireplace for those romantic evenings or cozy family time. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfortable new memory foam mattress. The master also has a nice sized closet that is a slide out. The couch folds out into a double sized bed in the main living area. Two very comfortable theater style recliners  that our grandchildren love to sleep in! Our 5th wheel is very nice and clean, and we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. ***This Unit is Delivery only*** I am a local Truck Driver in the area, and work full time Monday through Friday I am able to deliver and pick up the 5th wheel to and from your RV/Camp site on the weekend anytime, or after 3pm during the week. I may not have phone service 24/7 but if you leave a voicemail or send a text message I will get back to you as soon as possible.

This RV is wonder for couples that just want to get away.
 With storage space underneath you'll never be without any of the necessities of the outdoors.  No need for campfire cooking with the fully stocked kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, cupboard space, even a comfortable U shaped dining area.  
Weather outside an issue? No problem with the living area; Two comfortable recliners and an internet ready television set for easy watching.  The radio above the TV can be set to listen both outside and inside.  
The restroom separates the living area from the bedroom with sliding doors that lock for privacy in both spots.    
Nice weather outside definitely calls for the awning; you can sit outside and listen to nature or the radio without worry of sunburn.  
Get a little too messy outside and you don't want to trail in mud or sand? Not a problem with the outside shower, just a quick hose off and you're fresh as a daisy!  
The Empty Nest is perfect for a couple outing, a mostly unplugged getaway from day-to-day stress, seclusion from the noise of the city or even just a place to breathe.  This camper has taken us to many places, and we have endured coastal rainstorms.  As well as sunny days in the desert with no shade.  The A/C was a lifesaver when camping there and made the trip pleasant.  

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  So, we have linens for the bed plus a few extra blankets.  Towels, washcloths, small bar of soap conditioner & shampoo in the bathroom.  As well as a small first aid kit.  The kitchen is completely stocked with everything but your food.  Pots, pans, flatware, cups, plates & bowls.  As well as all cooking utensils.  We also have an instant coffee maker with mugs available, mixing bowls for that morning pancake. 

No smoking in the RV please, and thank you!
The table does make into a bed if needed just let us know and we can include bedding for that as well.  


Empty Nest

This fee will cover the clean linens, extra blankets, towels, kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies, as well as a completely sterilized unit for a worry-free stay.
