There are plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces between the rear corner double bunk beds and the queen bed inside the front private bedroom. The bedroom also has wardrobes and nightstands on either side of the bed too. When you're not using the U-shaped dinette slide to enjoy a meal or play a game, you can transform it into an extra sleeping space. The rear corner bathroom has a 40" tub/shower for you to rinse all the sand out of your hair from your beach day. On a warm sunny morning you can enjoy making breakfast outdoors on the outdoor kitchen cook top!

1. No Smoking: To ensure a pleasant and healthy environment for all our renters, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the travel trailer. Violation of this rule may result in a hefty cleaning fee.

2. Pets: We understand the joy pets can bring However, this will incur an additional fee of $25 per day to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance needed for future renters.


3. Towing Requirements: Your towing vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 5000 lbs and must be equipped with a 7-pin adapter. This is non-negotiable for safety reasons.

4.Respect Check-in and Check-out Times: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Late returns will be subject to a fee.

5. Keep it Clean: The trailer should be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Please clean up after yourselves. An additional cleaning fee ($250) may be imposed if the trailer is returned in an unsatisfactory state.

6. Report Damages: Any damage to the travel trailer during your rental period should be reported immediately. Fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

7.Limitations on Use: The travel trailer should not be used for any illegal activities, off-road driving, or for attending large events/festivals without prior approval.

8.Respect the Environment: When camping, please abide by all campground rules and leave no trace. This includes proper waste disposal and respecting wildlife.

Your kids would love the double bunks. Both bunks have power outlets, lights, and USB outlets. Dinette is convertible to double bed. Queen size Murphy bed offers a couch by day and larger bed at night. The fully stocked kitchen has a fridge freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave and oven. Simple, light, clean, and enjoyable. If you want to easily hit nature to disconnect and still have some comfortable amenities, this is your rig. 

At <1500lbs dry weight it can be towed by almost anything with a hitch and 2" ball. It pops up with little effort and in minutes. It's lightweight and easy to use but gives you the comfort and quiet you would find from a traditional hard wall camper. Camping in bear country has been safe and comfortable and all doors/hatches have locks for further comfort. Sleeps 3 but. fit our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (and large dog) very comfortably.

It has full power hookup if able to plug in, it will power unit and also re-charge the batteries. It also has a deep cycle battery that will power amenities (including heat at night). Ice cold fridge can run off plug in or we recommend propane when not plugged in. 15gal potable water tank and sink with powered pump. Heater with thermostat for comfortable sleep in any weather. 

It has been a treat to be able to pull up, pop up, and relax. We have had a canvas pop-up and a travel (hard wall) trailer... after enjoying the comforts of an A-frame, it is wholeheartedly our family's camping choice. This A-frame has a small footprint and big impact. From efficient and easy setup time to comfortable amenities and dry warm nights. We love it.
