One queen, two bunks, one pull out sofa, a dinette conversion and one overhead (full above the driver). Great pet friendly family camper. No pet deposit required. We bring our fluffy friends and you are going to find a hair or two. We expect it. Everything you need to camp minus your linens and bathroom items. Two large TV screens (one inside and one outside) and two small screens ( in the bunk area). Wireless radio and speakers outside for some music by the fire. Comes with full kitchen set including coffee maker, toaster, dishes (set for 4 people), cooking utensils, plastic tumblers, stemless wine glasses, coffee mugs, church-key and wine opener because while you can camp without it...why would you? Some outdoor items included in base price, others available for daily fee (based on expected wear and tear over the course of rentals). Great for use in the Central PA area and throughout the North-East. Not opposed to a cross country trip, but will discuss with potential renter. We have had multiple cross-country renters over the last two years. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in or around the RV. Removing any kind of smoke will result in forfeiture of deposit (all $500). Not available for one-way rentals. Towing is only allowed if you have an auto-braking package. Will deliver within Carlisle if you are coming for a car show or a visit. Tailgates are cool, but if you are going to a “festival,” we’ll need to talk about it first. The Quilt Fiesta in Tucson, Arizona is good. Burning Man is not. There is gray area in between, but if the main purpose is "freeing your mind and letting go of the coils that burden you to this plane of existence through recreational pharmaceuticals," we're not the family to rent from :)

All basic kitchen ware. Nothing super fancy, so if you are looking for a frapucinolattekambucha machine, sorry...Mr. Coffee will have to do. We have things to cook food in, put food on, and poke food with. There are also things to cut food with, so if you have little ones, make sure they aren’t poking their siblings with them. Owner is not responsible for food-pokey items being inserted into siblings...or animals. There are multiple cup like devices for holding hot and cold beverages because I can't drink wine out of paper cups nor coffee out of Styrofoam. Seriously...it's an RV, not a 4 person tent. We will fill the proper tanks with water, gas and propane. So far we have not mixed these up. Keeping our fingers crossed. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. We use them, so should you. 

TOWING is only allowed if you have a braking system installed on the vehicle to be towed. No free-floating (U-Haul like) trailers

Bring your own linens. Sheets, towels, sleeping bags and pillows. We don’t supply those. That would be gross. Not that our linens are gross, but you've seen the documentaries about hotel sheets. Blech.

2020 Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite

This lightweight teardrop can be towed by almost any vehicle.  It has the ability to be hooked up at a campsite or in most camp grounds it is small enough to park at a tenting site.  Just looking for a quick getaway but dont want to get a hotel?  This thing is small enough to pull into a parking lot or an off grid lot and boondock.  I have parked this at ski resorts to get that first chair and we have used it when taking long trips for a quick nap to get back on the road and get to our destination.  Weighing less than 2k lbs you can turn almost any vehicle into a weekend getaway to wherever your heart desires.

We have a generator for off grid camping, folding table and blackstone griddle for that extra cooking space.  Chairs and a ground mat, fresh linens.

Appalachian trail, Ricketts Glen, Raystown Lake, Gettysburg, Delaware Beaches.  Penn State Tailgate, any Ski Resort in the northeast.  Have a little more time?  Roadtrip anywhere this trailer will save you in gas compared to a larger units.

Perfect for couples, still comfortable for your small family. Can be towed with a medium sized SUV or pickup as it weighs 3,100 lbs. Comfortably sleeps 2 Adults and 3 to 4 children with a queen size bed, a small fold down dinette bed and two bunk beds. The queen bed boasts a custom made Peaceful Sleeper mattress that sleeps like a dream! Kitchen includes a fridge, 2 burner range top, microwave, and kitchen sink. All the cooking and eating utensils are provided for you. Has an indoor shower, and toilet. As well as a powerful little AC unit for those hot days and a great furnace for those chilly ones. Cleaned and sanitized towels and dishrags provided. Unit will be fully cleaned and sanitized for each new guest as well.

The exterior includes a 9ft power awning, camp chairs (if needed), outdoor mat, fold down rear cargo carrier, 2" receiver on rear bumper for bike carrier  and a 3800W Inverter Generator for an extra fee (if needed).

Our pricing structure:
Tuesday and Wednesday nights we offer $10 off our normal rate and Friday and Saturday nights the rate is $10 higher due to the high demand on weekends.
In addition, we offer an automatic 15% discount on bookings of 7+ nights and a 25% discount on bookings of 28+ nights!

PA is loaded with awesome places to camp! This RV works great for campgrounds or for "boon-docking!" The Bald Eagle State Forest is less than an hour away and has lots of free campsites (reservations required) or you can opt for a campground with all the hookups. Knoebel's, Hersheypark, Little League World Series and Penn State are all about an hour away and are within range of our delivery option and there's plenty of campgrounds around.
We've also taken the camper out of state for multi-day trips. We love traveling with everything including the kitchen sink! We offer a 15% discount for rentals of 7+ nights.
This RV is also a great way to expand your sleeping capacity at your house or cabin if you're having family/friends over!

1. Please absolutely no smoking inside the camper. If you are smoking outside the camper, make sure you clean up after yourselves and do our part to protect the environment. $1000 cleaning fee will be applied for any evidence of smoking inside the camper.

3. Pick up and drop off times are flexible.
4.No climbing to or being on the roof in any way.
5. You will leave with a full tank of gas, and we will expect it to be returned with a full tank of gas. Renters will be charged $6/gallon for unfilled fuel tanks.
6. You will leave with clean/empty black and gray tanks. So, it needs to come back with clean/empty black and gray tanks. $150 dumping fee will incur if not. 
7. Renters are responsible for all tickets and tolls, even if they appear after your return.

9. Please just return it back to us in the same condition it left us :)

Travel to South Central Pennsylvania and take on wild adventures including many destinations within 1 hour driving distance including Lancaster County and the Battlegrounds at Gettysburg or travel west from there and explore the Michaux State Forest. Maybe even a bit further north-west to the top of the state where you'll find many great hiking adventures in the Allegheny National Forest, stopping at many state forests in between. Or you could travel across the state to the Pocono Raceway. But don't limit yourself to PA, this RV would be great for a trip up or down the East Coast or even a trip out west. The possibilities are endless!!!

This Salem Hemisphere 5th wheel is a brand new 2020.  It sleeps 10 people.  This has a bunkhouse for children and a nice king size bed for the adults.  There are tons of other amenities that stay in the camper when you use it.  There are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.  Residential Fridge and lots of space inside for the raining days too.  This also has an outdoor kitchen so you don't have to go inside every time you need something.

This 2015 Jayco is loaded with 2 televisions, built in audio station with outdoor speakers, a bunk room with 4 bunks and still plenty of room for a air mattress, full bathroom, dining table turns into a bed, couch turns into a bed, queen bed for the master suite, all cookware and utensils included, linens for queen and bunks included. 
***Please Read*** If you are inquiring for hauling this camper yourself please be advised that it will require a minimum vehicle with a weight capacity of 10,000 lbs. Examples of these types of vehicles are Ford F250 or bigger, Ram 2500 or bigger. If you are unsure look inside of driver side door jamb. There will be no refunds if you show up to haul with anything less than 10,000 lbs Gvwr.

Linens for queen bed and 4 bunks. 2 outdoor tables No chairs. Extra amenities can be provided as requested with additional cost. Delivery set up teardown and pick up can be requested with additional cost.

This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. All linens clean and fresh. All dish ware cleaned, vacuumed, mopped and sanitizing all areas.

We have traveled from California to New York 3 times by RV, and enjoy taking extended camping trips every summer! We understand how important it is to have everything at your fingertips when you are out in the middle of nowhere. We provide a fully stocked kitchen. With plates, knives, silverware, spices, and everything you need to make a good meal. RV includes a stove, microwave, fridge and sink.  All you need is food and drinking water!

The bathroom includes toilet, sink, shower, and a small bathtub. Perfect for families with little ones who need a bath at night. Just bring your own towels for drying. 

Bunk beds with full-size mattresses can sleep 2 people on each! The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with 2 closets for hanging clothes. Both the dining table and couch fold out to make 2 more sleeping areas. So, grab your pillow and sleeping bag and have a good night sleep.   

This RV has everything you need with no complications. No slide to worry about. Has all the hoses and hook-ups for electricity, water, and dumping when you are done. If you don't want to dump it yourself, please add the $50 dump fee.

For full deposit refund, all tanks (except freshwater tank) must be emptied prior to returning the RV. Dishes must be washed and put away. Everything should be returned to its original condition. If tanks are not empty you will be subject to a $75 dump fee.
