This Rockwood is camp ready with an outdoor kitchen, u-shaped dinette, theater seating, and double bunk beds!  Far more than enough room to accommodate the whole family!  

The front master bedroom has a wardrobe slide, residential queen bed and Roku TV.  The center living features a fully equipped kitchen with an under mount corner sink, gas range, fridge/freezer and pantry.  The 32in TV is mounted and swings out to face the bunks so the kids can watch their favorite shows at night.  The rear bathroom has a sink/vanity, toilet, and spacious shower with glass doors and an upgraded shower head.  It also has the built in WaterMiser for those dry camping.  The double bunks are super spacious with the bottom bunk tilting up for extra storage for bikes, kayaks, etc.

Tons of storage, two a/c units, two slides, a 21 foot awning with LED lighting, black tank flush, installed Level Mate Pro, leveling ramps, X-Chocks, and Sure Steps make for an easy weekend on any campsite!    

All your camping needs included!  Gear for hauling and set up.  Camper is fully stocked with DVDs, games, spices, cooking utensils, linens, cleaning supplies, and more....

Plenty of room to bring toys or have a few extra friends over for a cookout. With 2 recliners and a U-shaped dinette, you have more room for everyone to spread out. sleeps 8, kitchen, bathroom, 

**If you have a dog, we do require a dog fee. We also ask that NO Dogs on the beds or furniture. It is very hard to get dog hair out of the bed toppers.

For your stay, you will see there will be fresh linens, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, silverware, and even a few pots and pans. We try to leave shampoo & conditioner in the emergency that you may forget yours.

If there is a bad storm to come through & the awning is damaged, your party will be responsible for the replacement of the awning. It is VERY easy to get ripped off during a windstorm. Please use with caution.

Our experience machine is ready for you to make timeless memories! We are passionate about living a life of incredible experiences, so we made our RV available to help others do the same. As avid travelers, we provide a comprehensive training on the RV before you depart to help make sure you are all prepared for your adventure!

This meticulously maintained 2022 Jayco motor coach has a comfortable layout for couples or the whole family. The sleeping options include a queen bed, two bunk beds, pull out couch, dinette, cabin bunk. It is decked out with a farm house style interior, modern kitchen, and spacious bathroom that will make you feel right at home! TV, board games, grill, and camping chairs, are also included to get your adventure started!

We have outfitted our motor home for couples and families. It's simple to operate. If you can drive a pickup truck, you can drive this. If not, your wife or kids will tell you how to drive it: (Do you have to get so close to the yellow line? Why are you driving so close to the edge of the road? Don’t you think you should turn on your lights? Don’t go so fast? This is taking forever. Are you trying to hit every pothole? Did you see that beautiful mountain over there? Hey! Don’t take your eyes off of the road. You’re going to miss your turn! Don’t you think you should get over in the other lane!) And just wait until they are directing you how to backup into your campsite!

In all seriousness, this is an incredible, simple RV. Clean, well maintained with all the comforts of home. Our RV is not complicated so you can spend more time having fun rubbing each other down with mosquito repellent and playing fruit fly badminton and less time setting up and tearing down. This a NEW 2023 Forest River RV Georgetown 5 Series 36B5 (gas)! Touchscreen panel, includes passenger workstation so you can work remote on the road. Starting with the two full bathrooms, one of which creates a master suite. Inside the master suite, you will find a 72" x 80" king bed slide across from a dresser with a 32" LED TV and wardrobes on either side, as well as access to the full rear bathroom which has a shower with a seat and a wardrobe that is prepped to add an optional washer and dryer. The set of bunk beds are conveniently across from the second full bathroom which has an angled shower, perfect for families or multiple guests. As if that wasn't enough sleeping spaces, there is also a 42" x 80" P2K Euro loft power bunk over cab and the Dream Dinette and hide-a-bed sofa can also transform into extra sleeping spaces. Includes Thomas Payne theater seating with heat and massage for a truly relaxing evening in front of the 40" LED TV!
 Solid surface kitchen countertops and Precision Circuits Multiplex w/ wireless technology will have you feeling right at home. The color side and rear cameras help to prevent any dings or bumps while you travel, and the automatic hydraulic leveling jacks will keep your unit leveled where ever you set up. -We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, all silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc.
-We provide drying rack, outside floor mat, toaster, and water kettle; basically everything you will need in the kitchen except for your food.
-We provide towels for 8 people and sheets and pillows for all the beds.
-We provide at least 4 camping chairs and a folding table for outdoor living use.
-There are tools in the unit for setup, roadside tire changes, checking tire pressure, and torqueing the lug nuts.
-The camper will be extremely clean when you get it. We provide a sanitary cleaning of the camper after it returns/before you pick it up.  All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it.  We'll take care of the rest.

Key Rules of the RV:
- Keep in mind, there is NO Smoking in or near the RV
- Pups are welcome with prior approval!  We have an invisible pup policy - this means you won't see any sign of pets in our coaches.  Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned before you return. Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove fur or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter.
- Damage, as always, will be the renter's responsibility.

Pick-up times:
Please choose a pick up time at time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturdays are by appointment only.  Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, we are not open on Sundays.
Of course, if you have any issues on a Sunday during a rental, we'll answer your call!  Please plan on 1 hour for pick up.  We'll go over everything and make sure you're comfortable before setting you off on your adventure.

2019 Sprinter Van conversion done by my wife and I. We have been using this for travels across the country over the past year and have made incredible memories along the way. Our hope is that our van can be used by you to getaway and make similar memories whether it be to the Gulf Coast, the East Coast, Smokey Mountains, the Great Lakes or even out West! 

Our van is designed for comfort starting with the bed. I am tall (6'2) so we sleep with our heads at the back doors leaving plenty of leg room for tall people. There are plenty of cabinets overhead to pack lots of clothing/gear matched by even more storage underneath. There is a screen for the sliding door to keep bugs low and the vibes high! 

We bring our dog Cruz with us when we travel and he sleeps like a baby underneath the bed. He is a big dog and has plenty of room, we welcome and encourage you to bring your pup!

We consider this van to be energy efficient. It has a large battery bank when needed but we encourage ourselves to unplug as much as possible while traveling.

Vibes we include a bluetooth speaker, string lights and 2 camp chairs to be able to enjoy evenings and set the vibe. Pls inquire about a Propane Fire Pit, Travel Blackstone, or mini Propane BBQ Grill if you are interested.

Welcome to an amazing experience.  This spacious van has everything you need and more to enjoy your next adventure.  There is plenty of storage for your things.  There is seating for 4 when you are at your destination and a very comfortable bed that can be expanded for those who need extra leg room.  There is a coffee maker and portable cooktop that can be used for making a delicious meal to eat (a pot, pan and some utensils provided).  There are solar panels on the rooftop that powers outlets and lights.  The air conditioner, when the van is connected to an electrical source such as generator or other camping source, does an amazing job of cooling quickly.  There is also a portable toilet option and outdoor shower attached to the rear door for convenience.  

The level of comfort this van offers along with the beautiful design is just waiting for your booking.  I hope to be able to share it with you soon.

You will love how versatile this travel trailer is with its front Murphy bed that has a queen bed (Serta mattress), folds down into a sofa, and even has shoe storage underneath it! There is a set of double bunk beds in the rear corner and a U-shaped dinette slide with storage drawers and under-seat storage. Freshen up each morning in the rear corner bathroom with the 36" walk-in shower. You can keep everyone well fed with the two burner cooktop and oversized RV refrigerator, plus an outdoor refrigerator to enjoy a cold beverage while relaxing under the large 15' awning!

Need WiFi just in case?  We offer Starlink as an ADD-ON for your trip with Roam Nationwide service.  It is a Starlink Mini device with an elevated mount.  The specs call for a clear view of the sky, but it will work with some interruptions with a partially obstructed/wooden view.  A Wineguard Gateway is also installed to provide a boosted WiFi signal from the campground from a rooftop antenna.  It won’t work everywhere but it can outperform your phone in many of the campgrounds where cellular signals are very weak.  

The unit is like NEW and will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest.

I will do a FULL WALKTHROUGH with you to ensure you have working knowledge of the rig and readiness to tow.  This is required but also you will enjoy your time better being fully prepared.

You will need a 2 5/16” trailer ball hitch with a 7 pin plug and brake controller on your vehicle.
