Wifey (Stephanie) handles the bookings and communication.  Hubby (Jonny) handles the maintenance.  Our 10 and 8 year old take care of some of the cleaning.  And the 3 youngest (and dog) are just along for the ride.  :)

Sunny drives so easily, that literally anyone can do it.  It drives like a big SUV.  There is even a super handy back-up camera that makes reversing a breeze.  Easy--Peasy.  

Big Family?  No problem.  These 3250dsle Sunseekers sleeps up to 10 depending on the size of the kiddos.

It's 32 feet long and has back up and side cameras that making this really easy to drive.  The 3 slide outs makes this very spacious and luxurious.   Has a nice bathroom with a shower.  Indoor/outdoor sound system, a large electric lighted awning, and automatic entry stairs.  It also has automatic levelers. We have an on board generator, TV and blue ray dvd player in the bunk area, and another tv in bedroom. Dual AC's and furnace. Has a good amount of counter top space as well as an oven, stove top, microwave, and fridge. It has a very large storage space for larger items in the back.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are welcome! Please keep them kenneled if not supervised inside. No more than two dogs. Dogs must be under 30 pounds. If your dog sheds, we expect you to clean up the pet hair as much as possible. Excessive pet hair removal will be an extra fee. (Husky, German Shepard, Labs)

Extra Fees: 
$150 lonizer treatment if we discover the trailer has been smoked in. 

$100+ if item/items from the trailer are missing.

At 28ft with reverse and lane departure cameras this unit is easy and comfortable to drive and park - especially for beginners.  This unit also comes with a class 3 hitch capable of towing 8000lbs - you must provide the ball.  We strive to make your experience as comfortable, enjoyable,  and hassle free as possible so that you can enjoy the good stuff!

Our beautiful RV comes fully equipped with all of the creature comforts of home - all you have to do bring your clothing and personal items -
we will do the rest!  Linens, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, Keurig, complementary coffee and fixings, games, dish and hand soap and other consumables are included.  For outdoor use, four camp chairs, mat, and a variety of tables are at your disposal.  The large rear storage area  will haul nearly everything else you’d like to bring with you!

There are seatbelts for seven- including an upgrade for a child safety seat tether. With two queen beds, convertible couch and dinette, our motorhome can comfortably sleep 4-6 adults, 8 if you like to snuggle, or 4 adults with children

Camping off grid?  We have you covered!  Twin solar panels passively charge the batteries and allow you to operate house lights and appliances without running the on board generator.

Our Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22M is the perfect motorhome for those who want to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing comfort or convenience. It is 24’ 5” and can go places bigger rigs can’t without sacrificing comforts you’d expect in a bigger rig.

It features a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the dinette/living area, making it perfect for sleeping up to six people.  There are seatbelts for five.
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.  The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.  There is a large storage area under the bed which is also accessible from the outside.
