At the end of the rental, all trash must be removed from the camper. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied of all items. All linens should be left in a pile in the shower.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the camper. Evidence of unauthorized pets or any smoking will result in a loss of your entire refundable security deposit.

The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and any time the camper is left unattended. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings.

The camper furnishings are not to be removed from the camper nor relocated outside. Do not bring in any other furnishings, including outdoor chairs, into the camper.

RV Toilets are designed for disposal of single ply RV toilet tissue only. Under no circumstances should anything else be disposed of in the toilet. No feminine hygiene products, diapers or wipes.

2021 Keystone RV Bullet Ultra Lite

This fee covers preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental ($50), as well as propane usage from Nov. 1 to May 1 ($50).

This is a 2020 Imagine 22RBE by Grand Design. You will sleep well in the comfy queen bed with gel topper. This unit features a desirable removable swivel dining table that attaches to the 2 person recliner couch that also has heat and massage settings built in. It has a heated and enclosed underbelly, power tongue jack, bluetooth stereo, antenna tv, cable hook up, hookup for outdoor tv (tv not supplied) and usb charging at the bedside. The kitchen features a three burner cook-top, oven (pizza size), refrigerator/freezer, microwave, overhead cabinets, lower drawers, and plenty of counter space, plus a single deep kitchen sink. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and a standup shower. Spray off after play with the outdoor faucet that has hot and cold water. It is great for a couple and perhaps a small child on the couch. Beautiful lights inside and out, electric awning and 1 power slide-out for the couch. My wife and I use this with our Golden Retriever Gus and it serves us comfortably. It is a 30 Amp unit, please book your site accordingly. No boondocking (dry camping) please. This is only available by delivery. We hope you enjoy this camper as much as we have so far!


Cookware, dishes and utensils, fully equipped kitchen is provided. Bed linens, towels, Coffee maker, and camping chairs are available upon request. Please bring your own pillows. Included in the minimum delivery fee, we will deliver/setup, pickup/breakdown, within 25 mile radius of Boone, NC . Will consider further for an additional fee.

Pets Welcome! We love our pup but we do require a $100 pet fee, this is non-refundable. If you return the camper covered in dirt, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $100. Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than the provided toilet paper. If any other items are found, you will be charged a separate $200 cleaning fee. Thank you


There are several beautiful campgrounds in the area. You make the arrangements for a campsite (your expense of course in addition to the camper) and I'll deliver and set up the camper when you rent it. Enjoy camping and all that the High Country has to offer without needing to have a tow vehicle.

2020 Grand Design Imagine XLS

Daisy is our second rental RV. She is a tow behind vehicle OR we are happy to deliver and set up for you. Daisy has a comfortable queen bed in the private master, and 3 bunks in the separate bunk room. Each bunk has its own light, window and storage basket. The sofa also folds out. Our dinette does NOT convert. The main living area has a full slide giving plenty of living space inside. 

Daisy has an outdoor kitchen for your grilling needs, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off yours or your fur baby’s feet. 

Daisy requires a 30amp circuit and both the heat and a/c are ducted into the separate bedrooms. 

Optional add-on’s include a honey wagon, pack-n-play, portable dog fence and generator. 

We are dog lovers, and we wouldn’t leave home without our fur babies, so we gladly welcome dogs with well-trained owners. Even our own fur babies are distraught when visiting new locations, so we kindly ask that you travel with a crate and protect your dog from harming themselves (or the rig) if you have to leave them for a few hours.  We do require a non-refundable. $50 pet fee. Sorry, absolutely no cats. Owner has severe allergies to cats. 

While Daisy has a little age, she went through a thorough cosmetic update and deep clean in March of 2024 when she was added to our fleet. We have lived in her for 2 weeks to work out all the kinks. All her carpets have been deep cleaned and her dinette and sofa have new covers. All linens, sheets, comforters are brand new and are included with the rental. You only need to bring your clothes and your S’’mores and you’re all set to camp!!

Brand NEW. Spacious, stylish and clean is just a few of the many wonderful things about this camper. The Avenger is a quad bunk model capable of comfortably sleeping 6 people very comfortably. The main front bedroom offers a full walk around bed, nightstands with 110 outlets on either side, and overhead storage complete with shirt closets. The focal point of the living space is the extra large, stone pattern entertainment center, with a 43" Samsung smart tv, located near the sofa. The large 12 volt refrigerator, deep single basin sink, spacious pantry, and dinette in the slide can all be found in the kitchen.
In the Avenger you will find a stylish well stocked kitchen, all the bed linens you will need to suit all the beds, a walk in shower, Bluetooth stereo, hot water, dining area and more. In the storage area you will find a 9'x12' Mat to place in front of the camper, 2 zero gravity chairs, Tiki Torches, and everything you need to properly set up the camper. Sewer hose, 50' food grade water hose, wheel chocks, a long 30 amp power cord, things to help level it, a battery to help run some of your lights and the refrigerator when the camper is not plugged in,  and two full propane tanks. The camper also has jacks on all four corners to help stabilize it.  The Avenger has lights on the canopy which makes it a cozy ambiance to enjoy sitting under at night. 
This is the perfect camper to make some great family memories. The Avenger is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends.

Blessing is a new 2021 Forest River Travel Trailer that is cozy, relaxing and has full-sized bunked beds with a dinette that folds down into to a bed. Queen sized bed has upgraded memory foam mattress that converts into as comfy couch and has an ottoman to put your feet up and store your shoes in. Sleeps up to 7. 
Enjoy camping inside and out with a large dinette window on the door side/awning side of the camper which also features a small fridge, camping stove and outdoor shower. XL Camping rug (upon request), (2) folding chairs and bluetooth speaker at no additional cost. Other interior features include a 2-burner gas stove, microwave, flat screen TV, large fridge/freezer, full bathroom with toilet, sink & shower, AC and on-board propane heater. Empty, Trailer weights 3455 lbs and is 22ft long.

Optional add-ons:
- Delivery within 45 minutes from Bland, VA 
- Bedding is available at additional cost of $10 per bed.
- Waste Dumping: Included with campground deliveries. $50 fee for pick-up rentals that do not return empty. $50 fee for delivery rentals to locations without a dump station.
- Cleaning = $150 (If you prefer to clean the trailer, you must sweep the floors and stairs, wipe down the tables, counters, seating, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, toilet, sinks, etc. Strip the beds and place bedding in shower. Place all used linens on one bed. A $150 fee will be added to dirty returns. 

Pick up & drop off are from 12 noon to 2pm, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as we do not have a scheduling conflict. NO Saturday Pick UPS & Drop Offs.

This is a fun and easy to pull trailer. Small enough to fit in most places but very big and roomy inside. Also has a outside kitchen set up and a camping stove. Also has a large mat for the entry and also a propane fire pit in case you need one.

We have all linens and a ton of blankets for the beds. Fresh towels, wash cloths for the bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with most of all your utensils, pots and pans, a small coffee makes and plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. There are a ton of board games stored in the camper. There is a couple of of chairs and a small outside table. A camp chef stove and a bbq along with a propane fire pit. So basically bring food drinks and whatever you need for comfort and the trailer should have the rest.
