Belle is one of our two rental RV’s. 

Enjoy your next adventure in this almost new 2022 Dutchman Atlas 2942BHF. The master bedroom has a comfy residential queen mattress, wardrobe slide out and additional large closet. 

The nice sized bathroom has a dome in the shower ceiling, leaving plenty of room even for the 6’ tall guests. 

The living area is spacious and comfy, with a fireplace and large flat screen TV.  Dual recliners in the large living room slide are great for enjoying an evening in. The oversized fridge and large pantry are great for a full week of adventures. 

The pocket door separates the bunkhouse from the living area, where you’ll find 2 full size bunks. Perfect for 2 young adults or possibly even 3-4 small children.  

Our Rig is perfectly suited to Full hookup sites. Sites with less than 50amp power requires the rental of a 30amp converter. Sites without septic hook-up require the rental of the honey wagon. 

We are dog lovers, and we wouldn’t leave home without our fur babies, so we gladly welcome dogs with well-trained owners. Even our own fur babies are distraught when visiting new locations, so we kindly ask that you travel with a crate and protect your dog from harming themselves (or the rig) if you have to leave them for a few hours.  We do require a non-refundable. $50 pet fee. Sorry, absolutely no cats. Owner has severe allergies to cats.

At the end of the rental, all trash must be removed from the camper. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied of all items. All linens should be left in a pile in the shower.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the camper. Evidence of unauthorized pets or any smoking will result in a loss of your entire refundable security deposit.

The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and any time the camper is left unattended. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings.

The camper furnishings are not to be removed from the camper nor relocated outside. Do not bring in any other furnishings, including outdoor chairs, into the camper.

RV Toilets are designed for disposal of single ply RV toilet tissue only. Under no circumstances should anything else be disposed of in the toilet. No feminine hygiene products, diapers or wipes.

Travacello is great to drive with great safety features and is easy to drive with minimal impact from side winds or truck passing on highways on your way to your RV-cation.

Dogs and cats are welcome with add-on fee.
Tailgating is only local at Virginia Tech with a minimum 2-day rental.
Festivals are local for Floyd Fest and Martinsville NASCAR with a minimum 3-day rental.  Others in the area will require additional approval.
NO smoking inside the camper.
Ask about discounts and requirements for longer distance trips more than 250 miles from us.
Awning use will require signing of an awning use agreement.


If staying in the area, there are plenty of state parks, including Claytor Lake and Hungry Mother that are awesome.  If just wanting a nice hike to a waterfall that doesn't include camping, Cascade Falls is wonderful, too.  Or for the adventurous types, there are all types of outdoor activities in range including whitewater rafting-kayaking, hiking, or biking - New River Trail is great.

Our Sunseeker is compact enough for easy and versatile traveling and living, but spacious enough to not feel claustrophobic. This camper has tons of storage to help keep your space clean and organized. It also has a great amount of windows, allowing you to really immerse yourself in the outdoors. It has a nice outdoor kitchen which has a great beer fridge, as well as a spacious fridge and freezer inside. Although at first we didn't think we'd need or want the recliners inside, we soon found out they are really comfortable and useful to have! 
Another great feature is it is equipped for dry camping. It has a solar panel as well as a generator for back up electric when needed. 
There is also a baby gate installed at the entrance steps, if you have a little one that you don't want to tumble down the stairs! 

With this rig, you'll be provided linens, towels, basic dishes, a coffee pot, camping chairs, and US Road Map if you want to travel old school. 

No cigarette smoking is allowed inside the camper. 

This camper is great to live or travel in- and we've done both! I recommend seeing everywhere there is to see in the US! Remember that since it's a mid sized class C, you can park most places and maneuver more easily than some of the larger campers.

Our trailer is great for 8-10 family and friends! One slide out provides more room. One queen bed in the front with a wardrobe on either side and more storage above. Two full size bunk beds in the back with a light and outlet for each bunk. Sleeps an additional 4 when the table is converted to a bed and the couch is folded out (both best for children) Full bathroom with tub and shower. Unit includes heat and air conditioning.  Propane 3 burner stove with exhaust fan, oven, microwave, and nice size refrigerator.  

Just bring your clothes and food!! Included are kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cups, and dishes as well as linens, pillows, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner.  Small toaster, individual cup Keurig coffee maker (refillable pod provided), and regular coffee maker with filters. Card and board games provided for you to enjoy.

Storage area accessed from the outside will have 1 6ft table, 6 camping chairs, 1 small cooler suitable for drinks,  outdoor area rug, small charcoal grill, tables cloth, lantern, outside hand held shower.  Camper also has power side awning with lights, outdoor radio and Bluetooth compatible. 

**Requirements**
You are responsible for reserving your camp site.  We require full hook ups. We will deliver, set up and pick up for a $150.00 fuel fee up to 100 miles contact us for anything over 100 miles. 
We are pet friendly up to 2 small dogs (20lbs and under).
