2 changes of clean sheets/pillow cases, ALL dining supplies, cooking supplies, clean up supplies. (just needs food & drink!)   Will have a full tank of gas for generator and fully charged battery, which has on-board charging.  Runs AC or DC power, or hook up to any nearby power! Very easy and simple and quiet power!

Our travel trailer is great for families. The "master bedroom" has a king sized bed with storage on both sides. The bathroom is right off the master bedroom, and has dual access, from the common area and master bedroom. Bathroom has a stand up shower with plenty of room to move about. The bunk area has a top and bottom bunks on one side and a top bunk and sofa on the other side. There is storage under the bottom bunk as well. The main area has a fireplace, TV, theater seating sofa that recline, and a dinette booth that converts into a bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, ample counter top space. There is an outdoor kitchen with a griddle top and mini fridge. As well as an outdoor shower. 


We ask that there is no smoking and no pets in the travel trailer. 
We are delivery and set up only.

We supply sheets for all the beds, and just ask that you bring your own pillow and blankets. We will supply basic supplies in the kitchen including silverware, steak knives, spatula, mixing spoons, colander, measuring cups/spoons, pot/pan set, oven mitts/pot holder, and basic spices.
We have some games, dice, and cards inside the travel trailer for you to use. 
We will have basic cleaning supplies for you to use and toilet paper will be stocked in the travel trailer.

We understand that camping is messy and are willing to clean the rig to a certain extent. However, if the trailer is returned in poor condition we will charge a $100 Cleaning Fee.

All renters are expected to completely empty their waste water and the septic tank before returning the trailer. If the tanks are not fully emptied there will be a $100 Tank Dumping Fee.

Welcome to Memories Camper Rental! Comfy & cozy describes this beautiful rig. We absolutely love it and therefore, do delivery only! Inside, you'll find everything you need to make great family memories...marshmallow roasting "sticks" and a s’more kit, pudgy pie makers, comfortable beds, pillows, plenty of blankets, electric fans to plug in, bath towels, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, hot mits, electric griddle, toaster, silverware, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, a Keurig that will make pods or a full pot, paper plates, glass wear, dish soap, cleaning supplies, built in radio, a couch where the bottom slides out to a toddler bed, stove/oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, AC, heat, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, toilet, shower, and plenty of storage! 
Outside in the storage compartments, you'll find an outdoor rug, folding chairs, a small gas grill (you will need 1 lb propane tank(s), small charcoal grill (you will need charcoal & lighter fluid) and all the hookups for electric, water, and sewer, and an electric awning! 
Also, we are pet friendly as our four-legged furry friends are family too! We have tried to make this as family friendly as possible as we love to camp with our kids and some of the best memories come from camping trips. We are also music festival friendly! If there is anything additional you would like included, please let me know and we will try our best to accommodate you! 
If camping without electric, we do have a generator available for $70 per trip, which includes 5 gallons of premium gas.
Please note, we love people to have fun, but Hodag is not a festival we allow our rental at.

Basically everything you need to camp as you can see from the description…also, fresh bedding, fresh towels and washcloths, and aired out and freshly sanitized camper between renters.

We don’t rent for Hodag.
We are as flexible as we can with drop off and pickup times, but we both work full-time, so please be respect that. 
There’s a 1 time mandatory $30 LP charge.
There will be a 1 time mandatory $20 sewer cleaning fee, & a 1 time mandatory $20 fresh water tank filling fee (if not on a water site). All collected at booking.
Delivery is $195 up to 50 miles, then $4/mile after that (up to 125 miles). NO charge for pick up. 

Bring food, bottled water, 1 lb gas canisters for the small gas grill, charcoal & lighter fluid for the small charcoal grill, bug spray, k-cups and/or regular coffee, toiletries, and anything else specific you would need or like.
