Additionally, we love Lizas Lagoon for swimming at Wisconsin Riverside Resort, Crystal Lake Resort and campground, or Lake Joy Campground.

This 2014 Coachman Freelander is perfect for the entire family. With sleeping room for 10 and seatbelts for 9 passengers, there is room for everyone! The bunk beds and over cab bed are favorites among the kids and the upgraded, queen bed will ensure the parents get the restful nights sleep they need. 
This RV is fully furnished and ready for your trip!

Recommended campgrounds near Dubuque: 

Swiss Valley Campground - Offers 62 wooded acres along spring-fed Catfish Creek, which is stocked with trout by the Iowa DNR.  The campground contains shaded picnic areas, a playground, modern restroom facilities, an enclosed pavilion, and more. Winter camping is allowed at Swiss Valley.  The Swiss Valley Nature Preserve and Center is located one mile from the park and offers additional trout fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing on groomed trails, and a visitor center with interpretive displays.

Miller Riverview Park- 20-acre riverside campsite offering a biking & hiking trail, picnic tables, fire pits & fishing. Close to the Q Casino, McAleece Park and Recreation Complex and the Dubuque Ice Arena. 

Off Shore RV Park - situated on 45-acres of the most scenic Mississippi Riverfront property in the upper Midwest and just a short two-mile bike ride to the center of the quaint riverside village of Bellevue, Iowa. Offshore features a full-service bar and restaurant, hotel, events center, and full-service campground. This 9 passenger GMC Savanna is perfect for a party, tailgate, camping or a road trip.  With 6 captains chairs that swivel and a rear bench seat that folds flat.  This van has many different options for seating arrangements.  The TV with roku is a great way to pass the time while traveling down the road.  Also, Hdmi ports for additional gaming systems. ie (Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox and more).  Sorry, you must supply the gaming systems.

The camper two slide outs one in the bunkhouse and one in the main area. Very spacious camper. Also has a large outdoor kitchen. This camper is equipped with all the necessities including bedding for all beds, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We also equipped bathroom necessities (toilet paper, hand soap, tissues, etc,)

Miss Freelander is a great class C motorhome that has many comfy extras so you have a home away from home.  It's time for you to enjoy her with your family/friends for camping, tailgating or just sightseeing.  She will welcome you with a complimentary custom gift basket for your booking.   For any first timers - this RV is super easy to drive anywhere.  There is a camera system to show you  all areas of the unit outside to maneuver smoothly.  The RV sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.  One queen size bed with extra thick memory foam topper, double bed over the cab that the kids love to use, and the couch and dinette both fold into beds.  Interior includes LED accent lighting,  shower, toilet, 3 burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, AC/Furnace, three TV's (outdoor entertainment- sound bar) with DVD player.  You can use the long range rooftop antenna or cable hookup for your viewing needs.  There is an outdoor awning, exterior LED's, onboard generator and onboard LP (16gal).  Also there is a water filter system on the unit.  On the outside there is plenty of space/compartments to pack all your personal belongings.  We look forward to sharing her so you can make life long memories. 

Comes stocked with cooking utensils (see list), Keurig coffee maker with K cups, dishes, frying pans, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, some toiletries, playing cards, koozies, hangers, brooms/dustpan, freezer bags, lighter/matches, pot holders, kitchen towels and paper products.  Complimentary custom gift basket included upon arrival.

Feel free to allow a pet for an additional fee.  Please return the unit with the gas tank full and the holding tanks empty.  (if not, there will be additional fees) .  This is a NON smoking rental.  

There are many local camp grounds within a 100 mile radius, tailgating for football, site seeing the great state of Iowa.  Coralville, Iowa City, Dubuque, Monticello and Decorah are all hot spots.  Our personal favorite is Jelly Stone Park in Monticello.   Once we know the area you will be camping we can give further recommendations.

Pick Up & Drop Off Policy: 
While I can be flexible, I ask that you respect my time & show up on time for both pick up and drop off. Upon your pickup, we will agree upon a drop-off time. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your pick up, there will be an additional $50 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your drop off, there will be an additional $50 late fee.

Camping Chairs (x2), Sheets for bed & convertible dining bed, Kitchen utensils (plates, bowls, silverware, cooking pans, cups), tv w/ DVD player, toilet paper. Marshmallow sticks, pie irons, garbage bags. 

Leveler blocks & wheel chocks included. Hitch with sway bars available if requested. If you are picking up the camper and are using your own hitch, it is a 2 5/16” ball hitch.

No music festivals & No Smoking
If you are not comfortable dumping the black & grey tanks, include the $25 dumping fee and I will do it for you. If you don’t want to pay that fee, then I will provide a roll away dump tank that you could dump the tanks on your own still if you’re not towing the camper.

If you are picking up the camper and are using your own hitch, it is a 2 5/16” ball hitch.
