It is a 28 foot beautiful trailer. It has a queen size bedroom with a pillow top mattress. Couch that can turn into a bed ..table turns into bed and bunk beds. Full bathroom and outdoor shower. Led lights..outdoor bbq and fridge. Sleeps 9. Great trailer for the family. One small pet allowed. Full kitchen with all dishes, all you need to bring is food and sheets. Cleaning Fee of $100 will only be charged if not brought back in clean condition.

The generator is available as an add on, it is not included in the rental fee.

Had the space and storage we needed and everything worked well. Jen was very accommodating, answered all of our questions, and checked in to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend :)

A great unit overall very comfortable and spacious. It was just my wife and I and we enjoyed the room. I can see the unit easily favouring a family with two or three kids. Everything worked. It was easy to tow and the pick up and drop off was super easy. Thanks to the Woods for letting us rent their roaming home

Jen's trailer saved the summer for us... we lost our cottage in a fire and yet didn't want to miss the lake this year, so there was Jen with a perfect longer-term rental. She was responsive and easy to deal with. Unit was very clean and everything that was promised was in place.
