2021 Dutchmen Aspen Trail
This 26 foot 2021 Dutchman bunkhouse bumper pull trailer is like new with ALL the amenities. It is equipped with solar so there is no need to worry about the upgraded batteries dying when you and your family are trying to enjoy the outdoors. In addition there are two 2000W generators with a parallel kit to run the A/C if you are camping off grid. With the capability to sleep up to 6 adults it can easily sleep 8 if the little ones are with you. Don't worry about lack of space because with the pop-out and the powered awning with the huge outside mat, there is plenty of space for all travelers. This Dutchman is easy to set up with an electric hitch jack and electric stabilizing jacks, this means a quicker set up, minimal labor on your end, so the memories can begin! To add to the ease of this trailer, there is a stabilizing/equalizer hitch and a Weighsafe ball for your truck making towing safe and easy. Plenty of storage for anything you might want to bring with you, including a 2" receiver on back of trailer for a bike rack.Long Term Rentals open, please message for special pricing and fees.**The fridge takes about 5 or 6 hours to cool down, so if you need it cool before your departure please let me know.**During Winter months there is a 6 night minimum** If booking for 2023 Spring/summer/fall season then message me and the regular 2 night minimum will apply with a specialized quote.What's includedWhat's Included:-Trailer comes with linens (including pillows-10 total) for all beds and conversion beds, extra blankets-Utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and mugs, cooking utensils, measuring cups, mixing bowls, can opener.-5 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner.- TV with DVD player and two cases full of DVDs-And for the little things you won't have to pack lighters, matches, garbage sacks, cutting board, board games/cards.-Basic first aid-4 camping chairs-Board games/cardsOther things to noteUpon return:The $200 service fee includes the two tanks of propane, gas tanks on generator filled, dump fee and cleaning/sanitization of the camper.Normally there is only a 2 night minimum of nights, but on Memorial, Labor and July 4th holidays there will be a 3 night minimum.Renter is responsible for 50% of tire cost if there is tire damage that is non repairable. I keep new tires on the trailer every year so this should not be an issue, but because its hard to point the finger at the owner or renter when this type of damage occurs, we will split the cost evenly.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Usually pickup is between 4pm and 5pm, but if arranged a few days prior we will try to accommodate. Return time is by 12pm, but again, if arranged and we are able to we will work with you to make your trip the best it can be.
