Cleaning
If RV is not returned in the condition it was picked up/delivered there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.

If smoking takes place inside the RV there will be a $250.00 fee taken from the deposit

Tanks
The gray water tank and holding tank must be empty before the camper is returned. Empty the tanks and then flush the holding tank out with water to be sure that it's clean. If the camper is returned without empty tanks, there will be a charge of $100 that will be deducted from the security deposit. If you are not camping at a campground with dumping capability, it's your responsibility to locate the nearest dumping station to ensure that the tank is emptied.
