• RV House Rules & Rental Policies Pets Pets are welcome! We love our furry family members as much as the next person. Please clean up after them and do not leave pets unattended inside the RV for long periods of time. Any excessive pet damage or cleaning may result in additional fees. No Smoking Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the RV. If smoking is detected inside the unit, a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged to remove odors and sanitize the space. Toilet Please only use RV-specific toilet paper in the RV toilet. Regular toilet paper and other items (paper towels, wipes, feminine products, etc.) can cause costly damage to the plumbing system. Proper use helps prevent repairs and trip disruptions. Occupancy Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests the RV is designed to accommodate. Driving & Safety Only approved drivers may operate the RV. Please drive safely, be mindful of height clearances, and follow all traffic laws. The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, or damages that occur during the rental period. Fuel & Tanks Please return the RV with the same fuel level it had at pickup unless otherwise agreed. If applicable, holding tanks should be emptied before return unless dump service has been arranged. Awning & Equipment Awnings, slide-outs, and other RV equipment should be used carefully and retracted during strong winds, storms, or when the RV is unattended. Damage to these items is common when left open in bad weather. Damage or Issues If anything breaks, stops working, or is damaged during your trip, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help troubleshoot and prevent further issues.
