Sunshine, our 2014 NV 2500 High Roof van was professionally & custom-converted in mid 2020. The cabin is cozy with baja blanket seat covers for the road trip ahead.Sunshine has bench seating with cushions that can seat around 6-7 adults comfortably for camp-side or tailgate hangouts. The benches convert to a queen-sized bed. Sunshine comes with 2 mattress pads that fold out to fit the bed and blackout curtains for a great night of sleep. There's also extra storage space in the benches and overhead bin space with organization containers for all of your camping gear. At night when you're ready to keep the vibes going, we have a disco ball and string lighting!Sunshine has insulated, paneled walls. This van is also equipped with 2 solar panels and a battery pack to hook up small electronics. There's a ventilation fan in the ceiling recommended to use while sleeping. We also include a 30-foot extension cord for electricity while at a campsite, two power strips, a roll of paper towels for those unexpected spills on the road and a small trash can.Pets are allowed Upon Approval, please include number/type/breed in your booking request and we do charge a $30 pet cleaning fee. We have a few add on packages for additional camping components to make your camping experience more comfortable, see below. If you need to pick up early/drop off late, we can give or take an hour from the listing time (2-4pm pick up/10-12pm drop off). Rules and policies
This is our personal vehicle that we still use from time-to-time, so please treat it like a friend or family member's vehicle!
Rules of the road include:
-No cigarette smoking
-No pets without approval, if found, you will be charged a $50 fee.
-We will deduct at $30 pet cleaning fee from your security deposit after you return the van if you do not pay in advance.
-If you're after the 12pm drop-off time and did not include the late drop-off add-on in your reservation, you will be charged $15/hour late.
-On the road you are responsible for maintaining fluid levels and tires
-We understand things can get messy on the road, but any excess cleaning needs will incur a $75 cleaning fee.
-We provide mattress pads and bench cushions for your comfort on the road. These took time and effort to appropriately outfit the van and are not easily replaced. Any damage to one or more of these items will incur a $150 fee.
-We will provide you with a full tank of gas at pickup. Please return the van with a full tank of gas upon drop off. Otherwise, we will charge you for the cost of fuel and a $15 service fee.
-Do not climb on the roof of the van.
-Please note, upon dropoff, that any fees described above and/or additional mileage fees will incur the Outdoorsy 2.95% processing fee from your security deposit in addition to the fees.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can be relatively flexible on the camper van pickup time and drop off depending on the days and our schedules. We allow for up to an hour early for pick up and an hour late for drop off. If you need more than this, you will need to add-on the Early Pick Up and Late Drop Off package. For drop off, regardless of add-on package, it must be dropped off at least an hour before dark for proper drop-off inspection. Message us to coordinate!
