Genie's an excellent little RV. She's class B RV so you can take her just about anywhere. Boondocking in Austin is not a problem so long as you pay attention to parking signs. She can comfortably sleep two - fresh linens are provided. She's pretty much brand new but a couple things are temporarily inoperable: 1) The awning needs to be replaced but there is a parts shortage so it may take until Dec to get fixed. 2) The door for the wardrobe closet needs to be replaced. 3) The original bugscreen behind the sliding door was damaged and I put up a magic mesh in it's place. Parts are hard to come by, so that's the best I can do at the moment. 4) Some of the drawer slides need to be replaced.The fuel, lp and water tanks are full and the wastewater tanks are empty.
