"Gypsy Blue" Custom 2019 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500

**PLEASE EXPAND AND READ** Gypsy Blue is a custom designed 2019 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 perfect for any getaway adventure! The van itself features cruise control, bluetooth, hands free calling, backup camera & more. The van is 17' long & just over 9' tall. Gypsy Blue features self latching cabinets & drawers, & a spacious queen size mattress & has a kitchen area w/portable propane 2 burner grill, sink w/ 7 gallon water/grey water system, & mini fridge. LED recessed dimmable lighting in the sleeping area & under the cabinets on dedicated separate switches. (runs off solar or 30 amp hookup) 4 total USB outlets. 1 standard outlet that runs on solar or 30 amp source. **THIS OUTLET CAN ONLY SUPPORT SMALLER VOLTAGE ITEMS. DO NOT use the outlet for a hair dryer or microwave. You CAN use it for laptop charging, electronic charging, desktop computer..etc.** There is NO shower & NO toilet in the van. Fresh linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and (1) 16 oz propane container per every 4 nights of your rental provided. Pick up and drop off is flexible anytime between 10:00am-5:00pm

Heating: There is a space heater provided that heats the entire van. This must be plugged into the outlet in the van. The outlet only works if the van is plugged into "sure" power. Meaning not running off solar and plugged in via the 30 amp hookup at a park.

AC/Cooling: There is a roof fan/vent that runs off solar or 30 amp hookup. There is a portable small evaporative cooler that blows cold air & is powered w/USB. For cooler air use cold water. The van AC also runs while the van is on. There are also 2 personal fans that run off USB power.

DO NOT take van through a car wash - the van will be washed by owner w/a mandatory exterior cleaning fee of $75 charged to renter. If the interior is returned in a clean condition , no fee will be charged. If interior is not returned in clean condition...there will be an additional interior cleaning fee of $100 taken from the renter's deposit.
