We bought our RV, loving named "R-vita", new in 2012, and have diligently maintained it since. This is the ultra-lite version, which means it can be pulled by smaller vehicles. Comfortably accommodates from 1 person to a large family, sleeping up to 8 people. There is a queen size bed in the "master bedroom", couch folds out and includes an air mattress, table folds down and can sleep 1-2, plus there are two double-size bunks in the back. There is one slide-out in the living room area. Kitchen area has large deep sink, overhead cabinets, gas stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Tons of storage space! Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Powered outside canopy. The RV has air-conditioning and heating via duct-work-ensuring you stay cool is the summer and warm in the cold winter months.
Included free of charge (no add-on fees) within the RV are the following:
1. Bedding-fitted, flat, comforter, and pillowcases for all sleeping areas (Beds are always freshly made prior to your arrival)
2. 4 Pillows (I provide a variety-cotton and feather pillows)
3. Bathroom Towels
4. Kitchen includes: pots, pans, electric griddle, silverware, cooking utensils, manual can opener, potholders, towels, plates, cups, bowls, Tupperware for leftovers, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
5. Keurig single serve coffee maker with sampling of coffees
6. RV-safe toilet paper
7. Cleaning supplies, broom, etc.
8. Playpen provided upon request
9. Propane included at no extra cost. Use what you need! That's why it's there!
10. Camping chairs-4
11. Small charcoal grill, hotdog roasting sticks, camping table
