sleeps 8 people, 2 oversized bunks in the rear of the unit, dinette converts to sleep space for 2 , also has a full residential queen size murphy bed in the front of the unit with privacy curtains,
has a oversized u shaped dinette with large windows for stargazing or watching the campfire from! also has sofa in front of the tv which is mounted on a swingway mount so can be viewed anywhere inside the trailer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a 3 burner stove and an oven for baking cookies!,there is also a microwave for the quick meals! also on board is a good sized fridge and a small freezer. There is a full outdoor kitchen with stove and sink and fridge . Also
there is a full bathroom and shower on board ,with toilet and sink.
At this time we only offer a delivery &pick up service ,due to policy changes we can not accept renters towing our travel trailer .

no smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed inside the unit, or your entire security deposit will be retained in order to have the unit cleaned professionally cleaned.
we require renters purchase the Outdoorsy damage protection plan that offers interior protection in addition to the security deposit.
the renter is responsible for any tickets or tolls during the rental.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter.
the owner will provide information on the operation of the unit at time of pick up ,it is the renters responsibility to understand and follow instructions,Failue to use proper handling 0f any of the feature or systems in the unit may result in damage the renter would be held responsible for the cost of repairs.
The awning is never to be left out unattended or used in inclimate weather, damage to awning will result in the loss of your security deposit, This does not release you from from paying any overages or other damage even if the total goes above the security deposit.
To avoid loss of security deposit, unit must be returned with Gray and black tanks emptied(use on rv toilet paper) . also unit to be returned swept and all trash emptied .
If any damage does happen to the unit we ask you contact us and take any photos as needed.
