Review summary
Handles repair issues poorly
Attempted to hold renter responsible for wear-and-tear underbelly damage, filed a claim that Outdoorsy denied, despite renter's offer to cooperate.
Well-equipped and great condition
Generally described as great, perfect, and in excellent condition, wonderfully equipped. One renter noted a wear-and-tear underbelly issue.

3.0The camper itself was great, and both pickup and drop-off were easy. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the underbelly while driving on the highway. The coroplast underbelly detached after the factory attachment points failed, which appeared to be the result of long-term wear and tear rather than anything we hit or any misuse during our rental. What was frustrating was how the issue was handled afterward. We both initially discussed that liability was uncertain and that the damage was likely related to normal wear and tear. I offered to work together to resolve it directly and avoid an insurance claim. Instead, the owners chose to file a claim and attempted to hold me responsible for the repair. Outdoorsy ultimately denied the claim, reinforcing my belief that this was not damage caused by my negligence. Overall, the camper was great, but the experience was overshadowed by how this issue was handled. I felt the owners prioritized protecting their own interests rather than working together to reach a fair resolution, despite my willingness to cooperate from the beginning. Had the communication and approach been different, I would have been happy to leave a much stronger review.
