My RV has low miles, 49,465 as of 05/17/20 and it’s in great shape, just had the transmission rebuilt and new tires on the back. Runs excellent and is good on gas,as far as RV’s go, because it has a V-6 engine. Interior is in tip top shape. It’s the perfect size for 4 people and it’s very easy to drive. It is able to sleep six if need be.

Rules and policies
No smoking in RV.
Black and grey water tanks need to be emptied prior to return.
RV needs to be returned with the same amount of gas it had when it was picked up.
Late fee of $20 every two hours if RV is dropped off more than two hours later than the pick up time. I give a two hour window, so if you pick up the RV at say noon then just like a car rental if it is returned later then noon on the return day , there will be a fee but I won’t charge that fee unless it’s been two hours beyond the pick up time.
