This new and modern, fully loaded, class C motorhome includes seat belts and sleeping for up to 7 with its master bedroom (queen size) at the rear with walk around, convertible dinette (small short bed), sofa sleeper (small short bed) and overhead bunk (double bed). Highlights of this RV include: 7 inch touchscreen dash radio with XM, plug and play screen mirroring with back-up monitor, heated/remote exterior mirrors with integrated side view cameras, outside shower, lots of storage including outside pass through, solar panel, two 32" TVs inside, one 32" TV outside with Bluetooth sound bar, bedroom/kitchen USB power charging center for electronics, a full-size shower in the bathroom, single child safety tether in dinette and one large slide that increases the living space when opened.
The kitchen is equipped with an 8 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer, a 3-burner gas range, a oven and a microwave. It also comes stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils - all the conveniences of home, ready for your trip at no additional cost.
The outside features a 14" power awning with LED lighting, as well as an outside shower.
The RV is mounted on a sturdy Ford E450 chassis powered by a Ford 7.3 Liter V-8 gas engine.

We have a 12 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. We enjoy making new memories with our family by exploring new places or visiting some favorites including the local beaches, lakes, the mountains and looking forward to other new places the road takes us. My fear in giving an awesome review is that this vehicle may not be available the next time; however, it would not be fair as my family loved using this RV and meeting the owners. Natalie and Michael were very detailed and welcoming. It felt as if they were sharing a big part of their family. I totally am thankful for them working with me and my schedule. The RV had many of the items already included, like tables and chairs. The RV was roomy, and drove well. My family loved the RV.

Q.Can I park my vehicle at your house during my rental?

Absolutely! We have complimentary parking for our renters in our gated RV parking. Just let us know before you arrive.
Q.What is the length of your RV?
A.
The RV is 30ft long bumper to bumper. Please make sure your campsite can accommodate this length.
Q.Does your RV have any slides?
A.
It has one slide on the driver's side that allows more room to walk around in the kitchen and dinette area.
Q.Can I pick up the RV the night before my rental so I can pack and go?
A.
Unfortunately the insurance does not start until the day you book the RV. However, if available, we do allow early pick up the prior night after 5:00 pm for a $60.00 fee plus insurance fees (3 paid night minimum).
