2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QKH - Bunkhouse!!!

Like new Class A Bunkhouse RV. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, Keurig coffee maker, residential size fridge/freezer, dish towels... basically everything you need except for the food. There is a full bath with a shower. They are stocked with bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. There is a king sleep number bed in the master, set of bunk beds, a couch that pulls out into a queen bed, love seat that jack knifes into a full bed and the kitchen table drops into a full size bed. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided for the beds. Sleeping bags and pillows are supplied for the 2 bunk beds. It has 4 slides that really opens it up and makes it feel roomy. There are 2 tv's up front in the living room / kitchen area, 1 tv in the master bedroom, each bunk has a tv, and 1 tv outside. The passenger and driver's seats turn around to add seating to the living room area when parked.

We are pet friendly but only with prior approval.

Outside has a large awning. Also provided are 6 outdoor chairs, an outdoor rug, 1 outside table, a pop up trash can, and a Coleman tailgate grill with propane. Everything you need to have a great vacation in style and luxury!

It is easy to drive but a test drive is required when you pick it up. Prior to pick up I will send you a link to our YouTube to watch videos on how to use the RV and its features. Also we will do a walk thru with you to go over where everything is and how to use the RV so you can fully enjoy your trip. We are available at all times while you have it out in case you need something or just have a quick question. We are not music festival friendly. We take extremely good care of the RV and expect you to also. We do not let it go to the beach. If rented for a beach trip we will cancel from our side to give a full refund. If taken to the beach will forfeit the deposit in full.
