This little gem has all your kitchen needs, dishes, pot and pans, dish towels, soap, silver ware and other utensils. Coffee maker and an assortment of teas, hot choc and coffee is provided. The icebox will hold a block of ice for almost two days or it's a good place to store all your nonperishable. I would bring an addtiional ice chest.
I supply the bedding and towels for a nominal cost upon request. Their are three beds, a bunk above the couch, it would be good for a child about 50 lbs. The couch converts into a full size bed, and the dining table converts into a twin size bed.
It comes with an awning, outdoor area rug, two camp chairs, small table, and two stabilizing jacks. If you have access to shore power I provide an extension cord. If no power I have provided battery lights in the trailer, and a supply of extra AAA batteries.
This vintage trailer is called a lo-liner meaning it is closer to the ground so it would be much easier for someone that is not quite as mobil to step inside.
I restrict my reservations within the Panhandle and Spokane area, to a 75 miles radius, and if the reservation is within 75 miles from my location I can deliver and set-up for a fee.
This little trailer is so delightful to take camping, you would add this to your memory bank for sure. Experience camping from the past, you'll love it!! I hope to hear from you, happy trails to you!!
Other things to noteThe oven is unpredictable, so I wouldn't plan a meal around using the oven.

5Judy was fun to work with as she obviously enjoys what she does. The trailer is cute and comfortable with added nice mattresses which made sleeping cozy.

5I could not have been more pleased with Judy and her darling little trailer, The Lake House! She was so helpful, when the Outdoorsy Site had accidentally canceled my reservation. Judy also enlisted the help of her son, when she needed to be out of town on the day of my arrival and he really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would happily rent any of Judy’s trailers. They are absolutely nostalgic and delightfully designed.

5The trailer was comfortable and clean. Judy takes good care of her trailers and is a wonderful hostess. She thinks of everything and puts a lot of care in making sure you have a relaxing, enjoyable trip in her trailer. When picking up the trailer from her place it was presented to us like a picture straight out of a magazine. She provided all the supplies and instructions to make it easy for us to clean up the trailer and return it in good condition. We enjoyed spending two nights in the Aristocrat. When we decide to take another trip with a trailer, Judy's aristocrat will be our first choice.
