This fabulous park overlooking Colorado Springs has 20 miles of nature trails leading to lofty vantage points with panoramic views. A cozy campground can also be utilized when you feel like staying an extra day or two.Castlewood Canyon State Park just outside of Castle Rock is another Colorado state park worth mentioning. Head here, and you'll find tons of fun activities to enjoy in the day-use area. Beautiful footpaths wind through forests and over trickling creeks, and an array of historic sites dot the landscape of the small state park. Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
