Hello, we have a New 2023 Dutchman Coleman Lantern 17B travel trailer. The Coleman is a light weight trailer coming in at 3000lbs Dry and 3600 with water and Personal Items. Features a Queen Size Bed and Two Bunks with a Dinette that can sleep 1 adult or two kids so a total of 5-6 people.Trailer Comes equipped with a Sink, 2 burner counter top,Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Electric Fireplace Heater, Toilet, Shower, 6 gallon water heater and removable dinette table that can be used outside the trailer. (The following will require the trailer to be connected to electrical hookup or a generator to function :Fireplace heater, Air Conditioner, Microwave and Electrical outlets.)If you are a family with a baby the dinette can be removed and stored to accommodate a Standard Graco Pack N Play or Similar in size.The electric system uses a 30amp hookup to ShorePower (Electric Hookup Sites or generator) there are a total of six outlets to use 4 located in the trailer with 2 additional outside by the front door.Trailer has variety of storage options with one outside storage compartment, Three overhead storage compartments, 1 over dinette and 2 over kitchen area. There is also storage under the Queen bed in addition to the dinette and under the bottom bunk in the rear.There are 3 windows on the unit that give you great privacy one located over the sink the second by the dinette and one over in the bunk area that also serves as an emergency exit.In total this is the perfect self contained Travel Trailer for a weekend out or a few weeks of fun at your favorite Campground or Camping spot.
