Attractions like Dollywood, Anakeesta, Skyland Ranch and some of the best restaurants in Tennessee. Oh, and Buc-ee's is just 15 minutes away! ;-)We have been renting RVs since 2021; our last camper in Florida was a "Super Host" with over 25 - Five Star reviews! Don't forget your 4-legged friends, we don't charge for pets.We now offer our brand new 2024 Wildwood Platinum 22Eras camper for Delivery Only to Anchor Down RV Resort on Douglas Lake. Towing is not offered with this unit.Camper includes a private Versa-Tilt (adjustable) king size bed, twin size folding cot w/pad and reclining sofa (Great for the kids). There is a bar top dining area with huge windows to take in all of the views, folding table for games and activities for the sofa, heated fireplace that can be available in the living space and the bedroom, and a massive open concept great room and kitchen just like a large 5th wheel layout. Don't worry about towing, setup or breakdown yourself. We will setup & breakdown everything for you and you can sit back and watch us back up the trailer. We provide as many amenities as possible that can fit in our camper. We do allow 2 Pets for Free, but please keep bed and sofa covered and clean up all accidents. *No Smoking Allowed inside or near the camper and keep all windows and door closed while using a campfire.

5The RV was amazing! Super clean, comfy bed, all the kitchen items we needed plus lots of fun touches like a bin of toiletries. The layout of the RV was very comfortable and our family was jealous of how big ours was vs theirs! The rig was set up and Bary was waiting to give us the walk-through when we arrived to our campsite and he was prompt on our departure day to ensure we were checked out on time.

Do you allow use of the awning?

Yes, we do but only use the awning when you need it. Please make sure to put awning away when you leave your site or when you go to bed a night. The awning cannot be used during bad weather or windy conditions.

Do you allow 1 night stay in your camper?

We allow 1-night stays in our camper only at Anchor Down RV Resort in Dandridge, TN. There will be an upcharge for any one night stay.

Do we need a campsite with full hookups? (electric, water, sewer)

For any stay longer than 3 nights, we do require your campsite have full hookups. However, we do offer a 21-gallon waste tank rental, if you choose this option it is the renter's responsibility to empty the tank as needed.

Can I tow your Travel Trailer?

We do not offer towing of our travel trailer. We do offer our camper like a portable Airbnb, where we deliver to your campsite, do all of the setup to help make your stay great, and we breakdown on your checkout day.
