5.0Rene very quickly addressed an issue that was identified the morning that we were scheduled to pick up the RV, allowing us to leave on time. He also accommodated our request to return the RV early and mailed me the handicap placard that we accidentally left in the RV when we dropped it off. The RV performed well and was very clean.
